what i like was the rooms , making it feel like home... more private. what i didnt like was the washers and dryer.. I washed two loads of cloths and 1 washer machine didnt fully spin, so i had to rewash the load

Comfortable to sleep in, except there is a strong cigarette smell. When we arrived late at night there were some men outside lingering around the car. They were also there in the morning when we checked out. If you are a light sleeper you may not like the level of noise at night. Breakfast was also not as expected.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Comfort Inn & Suites\. As of 2:00 p\.m\., I had not received any room service or housekeeping, which required me to clean my room myself\. I was also left without clean towels, making it impossible to shower comfortably\. In addition, the laundry facilities were not functioning properly\. The washing machine left my clothes soaking wet, and the dryer was difficult to operate due to unclear instructions\. The front desk was unable to provide quarters, further limiting access to basic amenities\. The housekeeping staff I interacted with were also unhelpful and rude, which added to the frustration\. As a result, I was left with wet laundry and no dry clothing, significantly impacting my stay\. I expected basic hospitality standards, including timely housekeeping, clean towels, working equipment, and respectful service\. I respectfully request that management review these issues and provide appropriate compensation or resolution\. I also hope corrective action is taken to ensure future guests do not experience similar problems\. Sincerely,

The room was big enough for my family and the beds were comfortable. The first room they gave us smelled like weed when I booked for a non smoking room, because my daughters have asthma. They moved us to a second room, which looked like it was under construction, there was a ladder, paint, and other tools in the bedroom. The third room they gave us, the AC wasn’t working. We tried to handle it but we couldn’t. So they gave us 2 more room to choose from, and we finally found the fifth room that made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I stayed here for a week with my family and everyday the breakfast ham and sausages were burnt. The cereal area was never filled up, The first 2 days they had guava and orange juice, the other days, they didn’t have any juice to drink, even though the website said they were going to be juice. My kids and I didn’t have anything to drink, since we don’t drink coffee. The front area that had water and coffee for guest, was never changed in the week I was there. I took a photo and the same water and lemons were in the exact same area. When housekeeping would come by, thwy could never give us toilet paper because they never had any. They’ll tell us to ask the front desk, but the front desk didn’t have any either. As a hotel, you’d think they’ll have the essentials like toilet paper for their guest. For a week it was hard to just find us to let paper, finally my husband talked to the housekeeper again and she said, “sorry we don’t have toilet paper, because we’re poor.” Which was a very odd thing to say to your guest who is expecting the bare minimum. Eventually the housekeeper, had to go through the empty rooms and find us toilet paper rolls that we half way or less. If the hotel can’t supply toilet paper they shouldn’t be accepting guest. I didn’t feel safe at the hotel, because our first day there, we saw a lot of sketchy people. People bringing random women in multiple rooms, guest trying to fight each other, a men knocking on our doors, and a women running down the hall naked with blood down her legs.

This place is disgusting!!! It's used as permanent section 8 housing, so you can expect to encounter drunk people and gangsters yelling in the parking lot at all hours. Doors to the outside don't lock, so anyone can enter at any time. My window would not lock, so I had to take everything with me when I left during the day. The room was filthy and smelled of smoke, just like the hallways, though this is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. If I could give this place a zero, I would. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

Room smells like smoke of cigarettes same as the hallway. One of the front desk staff had her kids or visitors during her shift, they were climbing the front desk and jumping around. During breakfast time the quality of food was very disappointed, eggs looked green and black, they didn’t have coffee available. Staff didn’t care to maintain the counters and tables clean, it was a disaster. I got to the breakfast area around 6:30 am and almost everything was gone and food didn’t get replenished.

The staff are so nice that they go above and beyond!!!! I will be staying here more often. Thank you comfort inn and suites for making me feel that I am at home !!!!!!!!!!!

We ended up not staying here. Staff was nice and understanding. We had children with us and this seemed like a place truck drivers stayed by the hour with visitors they met in the parking lot IYKWIM.

The staff were really nice.
