For the price, I expected the low end accommodations. But the staff was also very rude. I got the impression that this is a high crime area. At check-in they required a $40 cash-only deposit. They also require you to acknowledge that if police are called to your room, you will leave and not request a refund.

The place was really bad ,, bed sheets was with blood all over. At night was alot prostitutes. I reserved for two nights they charge me $400 and the first nights we left and didn't even give me the money bank not even the deposits.

He says no have to pay 30 for late checkout. At that point not ready to leave was just out of the shower so said fine. Get ready go to leave and the is broken glass in the parking lot behind my car/wheels. As I go to heck out give back key and TV remote. Ask for them to clean glass so I do not get flat tire. They refused I had to borrow broom from house keeping and do it.

the linen on the bed were stained and were yellow/brown. I was on the first floor and the upstairs guests kept making soo much noise such as stomping, moving what it sounded like furniture, slamming doors and throwing stuff to the ground m. I ended up deciding to check out at 3 am and go somewhere else. Very unfortunate to write this but my experience was not the best.

Disgusting room looked like someone was murdered in there the bathroom had dried blood splattered on the tub and it was disgustingly dirty in there.

The cleanliness is not priority; sheets was stained asked for more and they was still stained. Walls are disgusting. SW is out of control.

I like the location most ... And I like the shopping center they're close by the room is working clean and comfortable The staff don't honor their word on their policy I literally had a room for two people they allowed somebody to just walk into the office and tell them they were part of our room and they didn't pay $30 to stay and we could not get rid of them and then their stuff is Left behind so they did not give us our deposit back and they accused us of stealing towels and then I went in the room and found them I do not like this hotel and I never will stay here again

I'm not too picky but honestly I was very disappointed of my stay. All the rooms smelled horrible like smoke, even the non-smoking ones. The floor was dirty. And to top it off there was a major leak from the roof inside the restroom to the point were the restroom was not able to be used. I respectfully approached the staff regarding the issue and they couldn't accommodate my family and I to another room and gave me towels to clean the flood inside the restroom. Honestly the worst hotel experience ever.

Buy new sheets... Come on !!

The price for the 3 days was the ONLY good part about this hotel. But was not worth every other bad thing we experienced while we were there The staff were very rude and unwelcoming they were acting the whole time as if we were doing something wrong. Not at all helpful not to mention they are available on the pet friendly selection then when we arrived they said "NO PETS" and that if we try to "sneak" the dog (who is a service dog) into the room we will be discharged at once with no refund. I would never sneak the dog in I had to leave and pay extra at a dog sitting place because my husband was very sick. The entire stay they stood outside of our room trying to see if they would spot my dog who was not anywhere around. The room was extremely tiny and they never offered services,towels,toiletries nothing. Not to mention we called the night before to ask for a early check in the clerk agreed on $20 then when we arrived they changed it to $30 no exceptions. Then we needed a late check out and offerd to use our deposit towards the extra couple hours (due to my husbands scheduled surgery of the afternoon we checked out) that the site said would be $20 ended up being charged $40 on site. They said absolutely not and made us get the room for a whole another night even though we only stayed a couple hours after check out. I would have left much sooner if my husband's health wasn't so bad . Oh and they put us upstairs knowing about his health issues. Horrible horrible ? I dont recommend this place to anyone at anytime while the current staff/owners are there no matter the price!! Totally disappointed and honesty would like a refund or some kind of rebate the whole thing was off putting and scammy BEWARE

The room especially the walls could use a deep clean and front desk could be a bit more pleasant the phone cord had been cut.
