There were no wash cloths. But did love that they still had smoking rooms.

The room smells awful, the shower is very dirty, and the shower curtain is disgusting. I also had 17 packages delivered to the hotel from Amazon, and the staff said that they don't have them because the manager would return them to Amazon. I called Amazon, and Amazon confirmed that the packages were delivered. No return had been initiated; they hold on to my properties and refuse to give them to me.

Room smelled like mildew. Had to go buy Fabreze. Missing tv remote. Phone didn’t work missing phone line wire . The bedding felt like curtains. Asked for an extra towel, the maid said to give her back the ones we used and she would wash them and bring them back. Bathtub was rusty and wouldn’t drain while I showered. Some lights didn’t work, outlet at the sink didn’t work, so sucked trying to do my hair. Maid walked in while I was undressed. I got a partial refund. They offered me a free night, I still didn’t want to stay. I booked the holiday inn express for my last night night in the area. The staff was nice, but the property looked nothing like the pictures. I didn’t even want to stay for free.

There was a little cosmetic damage in the room behind the door and the tub holds water in one area making the shower an exciting experience.

It’s close to areas we needed to go to. The workers were helpful and really nice. There was nothing wrong with the property.

Of course I did book a two bed smoking rm and I also requested a handicap access rm where you request it in & I called hotels.com & informed the rep that I didn't get anything I requested & the rep called the hotel & then came back & told me that I got on the ground floor & they told him that it's what I asked for. I also informed him of how bad the rm was and he didn't care. But I could move upstairs & get a smoking rm. I informed him that the ground floor would be a handicap rm because they wouldn't put a handicap rm upstairs. I told him that the rm was bad on many levels and he didn't care. I wanted to move hotels but the way he acted was that I couldn't move unless I paid for another rm. I was really upset with the hotel but the rep with hotels.com that I feel was no better & I feel I stop using y'all because of how my hotel in Columbus was with no help from y'all. I have only put part of the problems with Econo Lodge & y'all. Because no rm for all of it...

Roaches dirty linen false advertisement pool was drained no continental breakfast .,I got there at1:30 on the second of July and the made me put the first on the paper work they gave me a hard time and I had to pay 50 dollar deposit room smelled like smoke sticky remote control for th tv and they didn't give my my second day payment.i would not recommend to my enemies.

This place is now t for a clean person. The place has very outdated/badly maintained. I couldn’t stay there once physically present. The shower tub got rusted look and is all wearing out. Bugs Possibly present. Not a good hotel for someone who loves themselves.

As for the property itself, it looks like it is currently going through some modifications or cosmetic work. Inside the room, the cleanliness was a bit a hit-or-miss. The walls, floors, and refrigerator were all clean. However, one of the bedsheets had a stain and had not been washed properly. The room also lacked a fresh, clean smell upon arrival. While the appliances worked fine, the refrigerator and microwave didn't have a great cosmetic presentation. Similarly, the AC unit and television functioned perfectly, but the vanity light by the sink was out of order. Lastly, even though the bathroom was technically clean, it was very outdated, which didn't give off the best impression of cleanliness. Overall, it has great service and working amenities, but the room itself is in desperate need of a cosmetic refresh. The parking lot was not jam but it does need a cosmetic work around the area to look presentable.

Hotel room was dirty, the refrigerator didn't work and they pillows had yellow stains

The only somewhat clean place there was the lobby. The rooms are FILTHY! I walked in there and IMMEDIATELY walked out and found a different hotel to stay at. Its extremely unfortunate that i spent money on a room there and didn't receive a refund for not even staying there more than 5 minutes.

Location was perfect for seeing our son at Fort Benning. Close to many restaurants, gas and convenience store right next door. The room was nice and beds comfortable. Shower curtain didn't stay shut, so water ended up on the floor. My husband was able to fix it with some yarn. Problem solved.
