The location is phenomenal and it’s a beautiful setting where it is nestled into. This is my second stay with the Hampton Inn and both times they’ve had no air-conditioning down the halls or in the lobby when you come in. They tried telling me this time that it was broken again and I said listen. I was just here 2 1/2 three months ago and it was the same thing so I don’t know why they can’t get that right but that is very bad and this massive heat wave that we’re all having.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It is a great place to stay, especially because of its convenient proximity to Fort Benning and the National Infantry Museum. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to Ft Benning and Infantry Museum.

Breakfast was great, room was nice. Staff was very nice. And walking distance from museum for my son blue graduation which was nice since it was packed. Bed on the firm side but every hotel has different mattresses. Ac vibrating so bad you couldn't hear TV at all, pool was closed the whole time there and had no shampoo or conditioner they offered until the last day.
