Best Western Columbus Airport

Close to the airport and has a nice pool and pool area There was only one wash cloth in the bathroom and the sheets on the King size bed had hair on it that did not belong to me

There were roaches in the rooms. At around 4 am there were drunk people in the hallway being super loud and knocking on doors and just being inconsiderate of others(I know that’s not the hotels fault) but they should at least enforce the rules more

The room was very clean. There was some minor issues such as a frozen over refrigerator (it did keep things mildly cold) and a leaking shower head (it appears there had been a previous issue due to a large crack in the wall below it). This was Room 201.

It's a Best Western, so I don't expect a Four Seasons experience, and all in all in was fine for the price. The staff we interacted with were very nice, and the breakfast looked fine, though we were visiting family so ate at their house. The mattress was VERY comfortable, but what we did not love was the metal pedestal that it was sitting on as when you get into bed and every time you moved it sounded like you were on a duct or sheet metal flexing. The other issues we had were our key cards needing to be re-magnetized every night, and the one day we had housekeeping enter our room they did not refill the coffee packets or the Kleenex. So, coming back late each night meant we had to make trips back down to the desk to reset keys, grab coffee, etc.

Not as nice and clean as the photos make it appear.

Breakfast was very basic. Staff was nice.

Besides from worrying about someone breaking into my car every night because a hotel said they’re not responsible for the vehicles out there. Oh wait every night the cops were there because cars are getting broken into besides from finding cockroaches on our towels and bedbugs. The breakfast was OK if you want burnt soggy food. I stay there for five nights and never got housekeeping to clean my room once every day they told me they were too busy.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but nice to have! Sausage was like rubber.

Good economical choice near airport

They were ripping the roof off the building at 6 am. If they would have told us, we wouldn’t have stayed there.

No major issues really. The kids liked the pool and a lot more variety than expected on the breakfast buffet. There seemed to be a towel shortage during our stay. The door to our room wouldn't always open on the first try. Staff was friendly and parking was free.

Staff was amazing! They set up uber for my large group to make airport.

Poor service, no wake up call when asked, no airport shuttle when promised, and no manager in sight. 0/10

Free breakfast and parking.

It was clean and staff were pleasant. You get a hotel for sleep…the pillows feel like folded sheets in a pillowcase. I’ve been up since 3am because it’s SO uncomfortable.

The hotel was not that clean. The staff was less than helpful. Our car windows were smashed during the night and no camera coverage. Asked to talk to the manager the next morning but he was not due in until 9:30 or 10.
