Do yourself a favor and stay at The Blackwell! Amazing location for everything at The Ohio State University with an incredibly kind staff and beautiful rooms. Don’t give it a second thought…book it!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and proximity to campus make it a good choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The valet parking attendants are all nice and efficient. Highly recommend that feature.

The room was nice made full use of the king bed… Clean… The hotel itself appears to have been renovated apartments… And the hallway is in the foyer smell like old smoke…

The location was excellent and staff was extremely helpful. They even provided a shuttle to the stadium for the state track and field meet, which is why I was in town!!

I had a really wonderful stay here and I can’t wait to come back! The convenience for moving my daughter into OSU was great. The hotel was lovely, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast was not overpriced.

The hotel is maintained very well - the staff are very responsive. One item for improvement maybe the breakfast/coffee service - the breakfast buffet cost is not included with the stay nor is the coffee service - otherwise excellent hotel and great staff!

As parents of a freshman of OSU, we attended orientation and dropped off for early arrival. Both times we stayed at The BIPCC, we loved this unique hotel for convenience, incredible service, perfect location, going-beyond-attitude of all the staffs. I particularly appreciated profoundly for the later part. The staffs and the hotel policy are very accommodating to our needs and requests. Just ask:). Thank you!!!
