It was nice

Once again a nice stay , have stayed at Embassy Suites many times over the years . I like this one because it is built in the “ old style “ with the large atrium versus several of the new hotels being built with a different style and architecture. Have noticed that the food offerings for social hour have become pretty spartan compared to years past but I guess I understand the need to cut costs somewhere. Breakfast is still pretty good . t desk / reception staff were very nice

The room was great the hotel was conveniently placed for my activities and the breakfast was great and so was the interior view

My six guest and I were locked out of our room after returning at 12am from a concert due to a faulty hotel door lock!! .We did not get into the room until 3am after the maintenance man had to drive 45 minutes from home to fix the lock. The hotel was booked so we had to wait in the lobby with blankets and pillows until we could get into the room. It was embarrassing! As far as the room.. the phones did not work, could not sign onto Wi-Fi, and the mini fridge was pulled out from the under cabinet in oder for the cord to reach the electric outlet! Not to mention one of the elevators was broken so the wait time was horrible. And since when did they start charging $10 per car per day to park?! I will never stay at that Embassy Suite again!

Great staff and service.

The spa was nice that’s it. Some of the staff were rude. The curtains weren’t working. We didn’t have toilet paper. The elevator was broken. My husband and other people were stuck on the elevator for many minutes.
-
The problem with my stay was with the incident that happened while staying there after our first checked in someone came to supposedly repair the battery on the door, which I did not request and was trying to open the room door without knocking then I went out about 10 PM and came back at 2 AM and my key did not work and my key did not work because they had assigned me to a different room and someone else had walked into the room while I was out AND contacted me after the fact, and let me know that they were assigned to the same room and walked into the room with all my stuff in the night before I had returned

Room was amazing, clean, and spacious.
-
Hotel needs to be updated, elevator sounded like it was going to break any minute. Wouldn't recommend more than a night or 2

The staff were friendly. The room was spacious.
-
It was awesome place to stay at and it was right down road from mall and other places if don’t like to drive so far.
-
The bar, staff and rooms were great,

The one thing I didn't like was I should have booked 2 nights instead of one. Lol There were 6 family reunions going on and I didn't hear any noise from my room. The restaurant serves really good smash burgers too.
