Rooms were clean and Mrs. E and tge rest of the staff were excellent 👏 👌.

My stay was great! This will definitely be added to my list of hotels to stay in the future.

The hotel was under construction. The elevators were taped off. The beds were hard as a rock in the refrigerator in the room didn’t work. so I’m assuming the reconstruction that was going on in the hotel was definitely not the room that we stayed in.

Great location. Lots of remodeling going on. Ice machines not working. Bed was terrible.

The check in went well. Friendly front desk attendant. Then things went downhill. The hotel is under major renovations. This was not indicated anywhere on the website or when booking. The water in the sink ran brown briefly. Loud construction noise began at 5:00am. Last, ordered a scone at the Bistro and it took nearly 30 minutes for it to be microwaved. There are many better options in the vicinity.

The hotel was clean, seems a bit old and was getting renovated but pretty clean. I could hear everything going on in the room next to my room to the point that I even heared a sneeze and much more. That was the only thing I didn't appreciate about the hotel the fact that I heard EVERYTHING clearly!

Good staff and good location .. Unfortunately I had a cat smell in my room and my fridge didnt work.

The fitness room had new equipment and it was better than most of the hotels I have stayed in that were more expense. The smell of the hallway of the floor and the room. It was an old @you moldy smell. Also, our check out time was 11, at 1030 the housekeeper was knocking on the door to ask us when we were leaving. I paid for the room, and check out was 11. I didn’t appreciate that. The bed was awful. It was like sleeping on a hood of a car. Also, I think they were doing update, the elevator appeared to be raggedy. A sign to say construction in progress would have been nice. I wouldn’t return to this hotel or recommend it to my family or friends.
