Air conditioning was too noisy and tv too small, bed was not facing same direction as the bed was ,,I would give a 5 star for location because it was close to race track and concerts .

Property very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Wendys and a 7 Eleven within walking distance.

Clean bugs and people they are not clean at all

Unfortunately, after returning from the concert after 1 AM, we discovered the bathroom light and exhaust fan weren’t working. We tried the breaker, but it didn’t help. Exhausted, we ended up showering in the dark using our phone flashlights. I mentioned it at checkout and was met with defensiveness rather than an apology. After contacting Expedia, the hotel denied any credit and told me they checked the breaker and it was working essentially making me feel like I was lying about what we experienced. I wasn’t expecting a full refund nor did I ask for a full refund. A simple apology and acknowledgment that we paid $124 for a room where a basic amenity weren’t functioning would have gone a long way. I also left my contact information for a manager to call, and no one ever followed up. Things malfunction that happens. The real disappointment was how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, because of the lack of accountability and customer service, I would not recommend staying here.

The location There was no water on the second day and the manager did not bother to find us alternative solution. and cockroaches in the bathroom

Room price was ok We entered the room and there were stains everywhere on the beds. cupboards were open and no shampoo or conditioner. Remote did not work.

Everything was good Will come back again.

This hotel is I a great area to groceries and restaurants. Suites are roomy and very quiet. I would recommend to all.

The rooms and hotel were really clean! Tons of shopping near by and close to the interstate. Would stay time and again!

This place is for someone that is traveling or partying and just need to put bags but no sleeping. I was charged for one night before checking in. Called first, Representative that answered was rude due incorrect CC # was incorrect. She did not try to help with poor cistomer service. Almost did get it due to the rudeness. I got to property and seen it with men's just hanging around and woman looking like call girls. Check in and seen room or smell it first. A/ C did not work, bed linens was dirt on bed, trash on floors, half roll of tissue( wet), and nasty curtins and window. Roaches on stove. Staff came in with some sypray could go on and on but I would rate them 0.

Clean and a good value for the price. Front desk person Rikki was really great!
