Great Wolf Lodge Concord

Cleanest water park hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Very fun, perfect for ages 2-3 yr olds

The vibe was awesome! Definitely where a kid can be a kid! Clean, beautiful, and various activities available for the children! Great time!

Very run down, the pictures on line look nothing like the property (especially outdoor).

The kids love it here and it's very manageable for us having a child with disabilities and being disabled myself. The breakfast buffet is $80 for 2 adults and 2 children. Considering the children are 6 and 11 with food aversions, they aren't eating $20 worth of food. Frankly, neither are we, especially for breakfast. So, that could be handled differently. But they know their audience and have chicken nuggets and tater tots on the buffet for breakfast! The kids love that. Only issues noted were long hairs on the wall and tub in king-size bedroom bathroom and that you pay $20 per night for parking. They should be patrolling the lot with those kinds of fees and enforce disabled parking violations! It was extremely difficult to find disabled parking and MANY had no insignia and no qualifying license plate. This is our third stay at this Great Wolf Lodge.

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Great Wolf Lodge. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable .

Decent trip. Kids had fun. Arcade was the best part. lazer tag was just ok. Bowling was eh. Food was great drinks are good but overpriced. Spent a total of about 2 grand or so. Probably won’t go back. Mattress and sheets had holes in them. Tv was old and limited channels. No ability to cast to the tv. Idk. It was ok but not a wow vacation.

The facility was clean and well organized. The camp theme was so fun for the kids. The water park did become very crowded, however, we were there over a weekend. Definitely saw more issues toward end of the day with cleanliness and trash in water park area. Lobby’s and rooms were clean and well kept. Front desk staff could have been more attentive at times and less consumed with personal conversations.

We enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival front desk was very helpful and greeted everyone right away. There was no need to look for assistance as staff is standing facing the public aware and ready to assist. I would say this is a very family - friendly atmosphere. The pools and water activities was very nice. I was very pleased to see how attentive the life guards were very present. We felt safe. The room was large more than enough space. We did notice a small amounts of mold on bathroom ceiling that maybe should be treated before becoming uncontrollable however I will say that the room was clean and neat. We would stay again.

For the price of the rooms, it wasn’t very well kept and make sure you read the instructions carefully before booking. I did enjoy my time there at the pools some of the activities were all full so somethings I didn’t get to do.

Very clean hotel. Everything with staff went smoothly. Where I have issues there was no hot water. I had to run the shower for 25 minutes eventually it got a tad warmer than lukewarm. The other thing I did not like was the was no carpet at all in the room and instead it had wood laminate flooring. Easy for hospitality staff to clean. However, it gave me the feel of a low-budget hotel room vibe. I'm old school I like carpeted rooms. Carpet dresses up the room and make it homier. Wood laminate flooring gave the room an industrial feel like in a medical office building. I would stay there again-but first I would call them about the hot water issue. Oh and a note to Great Wolf Lodge - Please carpet the rooms, because I rather stay in a hotel room that has carpet over the fun hotel -Great Wolf Lodge. Another thing they don't have a full-time restaurant. The main restaurant only served breakfast and then closed down. All the snack bar and vending machines were locked up behind a gate. I came back hungry from a concert, and everything gated shut. The front desk only had a few candy bars and cokes. Maybe beer but I did not ask for one.

The water park is excellent & I observed that the life guards paid very close attention to the area they were responsible for. The grandsons had a great time. Staff in every area were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy though I did not receive a text that the room was ready. At 4:40 I went to the front desk to check and was given a room. Food in the Lodge Woodfired Grill was very good, truthfully, better than I expected it to be. But the next morning we had breakfast at the buffet and everything was cold to luke warm. One suggestion, take the TV screen out of the bowling area. We were all having a really good time till the boys noticed the screen and they "zombied out," all their attention on the screen.

Great Place to go and enjoy the Water Park, but the food is hit or miss.

We took our family to celebrate my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. We bought the birthday package and everything was prepped for us before we arrived. Once there, we did not have to leave. Everything you will need is at the resort. The restaurants were good. However, if you choose to go elsewhere to eat, the mall and many restaurants were just three miles away.
