Great breakfast and quiet, clean rooms

Their staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. And their breakfast buffet was very nice.

Location was ideal for my brief work visit to Concord. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The tv navigation is reminiscent of the mid-90’s. The couch was uncomfortable and made loud annoying noises. The bath and bed linen were TERRIBLE. The hotel corridors smelt like musty fungi. It’s probably quicker to take the stairs than the elevator. The toilet routinely made this loud obnoxious cycling noise that consistently woke me out of my sleep. There is NO WAY the MARRIOTT should have their name attached to this overpriced MOTEL.

Property is old and needs to be updated. Rooms were clean and staff was great

This hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and it's located in a great place. Overall we had a great weekend and would stay again.

Everything was wonderful

Julio at the front desk was rude and could care less about the indoor pool being so cold. He said that it will take a day for the pool to be able to warm up, which I only stayed 1 night and I went to that hotel because it had an indoor pool. I told management the next morning and it was stated that Julio should have told me that I could have went next door to Courtyards hotel since they partnered with them. He also told me the wrong time for breakfast of which my family missed. At checkin Julio was not a welcoming front desk agent at all. No smiles, no welcome in. I will definitely not be back!!!!!!

Great place to stay suites have small kitchen but still a full kitchen except oven. It was a fantastic stay

The location, the fact that they had separated suites with a door between bedroom the rest of the living area. The sofa bed can be more comparable. It’s very thin and you can feel the metal through it on some parts. On the other side of the stove, it’s just broken pieces of wood tucked away. The stove seemed to maybe be self cleaned but no one cleaned it all the way out, in the inside towards the back, it was partially covered in white ash.
