My only complaint was that the pool was not working for the 3 days we stayed.

The property was super nice, when I got to my room, they really did hook me up with a VIP level room. I was confused at first because when I got there, they said they sold out even though I paid in advance, but I had a really nice room. Everything was ready, couldn’t hear traffic from outside. Breakfast was alright. Overall, I would come back if I went to Charlotte again. The receptionist was very kind to me, gave me two water bottles when I got there. Can’t complain!

Everything was wonderful for my stay! The facility was super clean and well kept. Lots of choices for breakfast even had healthy options very impressed with this!! Friendly staff on arrival and departure! The room was fabulous more than anticipated very clean, comfortable and roomy suite! One of the best places I have stayed! Extremely close to shops and eateries! Highly recommend this hotel for future stays!!

The room was nice and clean. It was a very hot day so the had the room nice and cool. I will give my stay a 10/10 highly recommend. I didn’t have to far for food. The staff was very nice and friendly.

This property is always a great home away from home!! The staff is always so friendly and treat you like part of their family. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast always has a great selection. Any time I am in the area I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!
