We arrived very early in the morning. The duty manager kindly open the doors. We were far too early to check into our room, but he offered coffee and stored our luggage in the baggage room. We settled into wait in the lobby. He checked on us periodically and then at one point told us that for a reasonable of charge our room of a different type was available. We decided to take the room and we were able to get in and get comfortable. The room was small by American standards, but it was well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also superb. For an Executive room, we thought the room was small.

No help available with luggage. They checked us in and gave us keys. When we struggled our luggage finally to our room we discovered our room had never been cleaned from the previous guest

Fabulous location. Easy to get to Tivioli and other attractions, including Hop On/Hop Off. Room was clean and confutable, The air conditioning could have been cooler.

Very good location. Near many important sights and public transit. Excellent, extensive breakfast. Room was nice looking and clean but a little small for the price. In addition, the window looked over an ugly building a few metres away next door. Daily room cleaning only offered if requested. Staff very friendly and helpful. View from the room, size of the room for the price.

A perfectly central hotel with nice rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet and 24/7 bar.

It's very close to tivoli and 15 min walk to Nyhavn. Breakfast was nice The entry to room was a bit narrow. It is impossible to move with a stroller if you leave the bathroom door open.

Excellent location. Across from city hall and within walking distance of most sites. The metro and train stations are also steps away.
