Great location, good breakfast

Walkable to city center. In front of bar so at night can be loud.

Free upgrade, double balconys, super nice receptionnists booked us dinner! Room cleaned really late and no new cups left or old ones cleaned, no new coffee left either so we couldn't use the machine 2 days in a row

Stylish hotel, great base location for exploring the city. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Insufficient hanging space for clothing. Layout of room was tight and awkward for two people sharing. May have just been unlucky with room allocation due to late check in.

Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Good breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful, but overstretched because the one reception desk actually serves 4 adjoining hotels. The property is located directly opposite a very noisy music venue, which plays all day and well into the night on Fridays and Saturdays. When I asked to be moved to a quieter room, I was moved from the superior room I had paid for to a much smaller and less comfortable room. Maintenance wasn’t great: the lift broke down, my air conditioning in the second room was not working properly, and my TV remote wasn’t working.

I got upgraded to a very nice double room. Nothing really.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's near the metro station and central station. The room is a bit on a smaller side but for the money it's NOT the smallest I have ever seen.

The location was wonderful for exploring many neighborhoods, Beds were comfortable Air conditioning worked well Coffee machine in room Majority of staff were very friendly Safe location, Shower was lovely Sitting area in room was comfortable, small table & chair. The phone in our room did not work- I was told "they are old" - no big deal to walk down to the lobby for a request-but in the case of an emergency the phone should be working. It wasn't Robes -are extra costs) I was given one no charge-but I feel with the price of the rooms- they could be included. A live music venue is directly aside the hotel (all kinds of music) I failed the research on that part. Upon initially entering the hotel there was a very offensive aroma- of either incense, scented oil etc/ that was off putting (especially with allergies & sensitivities) It was strong enough for us to move location in the hotel upon waiting for our room to be ready. Looking back -it's pricey indeed. Next time after having an idea of the main city area- I am sure there are places less costly. Yet it was a personal choice to choose this location. Initial young man that I spoke to upon entering the hotel was not -quite friendly (maybe rushed) I'm not sure. The fridge did not work great - even on max -no big deal but to some it might be.

Very close to the all main atractions! Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Space to leave your baggage upon earlier arrival. The housekepeers have entered in our room twice while we were resting although the card for cleaning was not set. When we went out they again entered at the room on their own, and probably just change the bedsheets, the floor was not evidently cleaned at all, but they left one old pillow sheet at the bathroom near the sink, and also move our things all around the room. For example our pijamas from the bed where just thrown on the cafe table. So unprofesional!
