Would not recommend. Was terrible. Very dirty. I did not stay. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Very dirty. Broken lamps. Mold.

NOTHING Bed had bodily fluids and hair on the sheet. Jetted tub was filthy. They canceled my reservation but their number does not work and Booking.com keeps telling me they have to verify the cancelation

Not a lot of fresh options I wouldn't even think of taking a shower it look dirty. The walls around the tub were falling apart . There was an oder when you walked in the room.

Plenty of space in the room, bathroom supplies in shower Elevator is a long haul if you are on the first floor, jacuzzi tub is just a shower and a huge step to get over the lip, shady people around property at all times of night

nothing everything was bad there were essentially no amenities blood splattered on the wall stains all over the sheets so we asked for new ones and they gave us the same sheets back after disappearing for 10 minutes with them overall bad vibe looked like a murder had taken place in the room

This hotel is half Baymont and half super 8 my side is super 8 one side is Baymont. Housekeeping could be better bathroom was gross when you close the door there was hair in the corners and then the crevices next to the bathtub and my husband said there was hair behind the bed told me not to look behind there the air conditioning didn't work we had it all the way at 60 and we were still hot and sweating while we were sleeping so that was very uncomfortable. The carpet in the stairways was disgusting they need to clean it or replace it and some of the hallways it smell like dog pee. There is a breakfast. Titast, bagels., cereal or make yourself a waffle. Luckily there are a lot of restaurants in the area. Probably would not stay again

Didnt have shampoo or body wash in the dispenser. the staff was talking loud in the hallways early in the morning. Front desk was often left unattended when i needed them. Breakfast was teally poor and missing alot of stuff.

When we arrived the building was run down looking, smelled of cigarettes. My girlfriend and I were not greeted when walking in to check in. The staff asked for my name and ID we received our room keys, were not told when breakfast was or that it was even included. When getting to our room the door was open and we discovered that it did not lock. We stepped into the room the floor had hair balls on It and dust like it had not been swept. The bed was not made correctly and the blankets were stained with what looked like motor oil. I asked for a different room and told him what was wrong. Showing him the pictures. He politely gave us another room. When getting to the room my girlfriend put her stuff down and noticed that the blanket in that room was stained also,it was a king size bed with two pillows on it that appeared to be for a twin size bed. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned there was no toilet paper the seat was dirty. I opened the shower curtain to see the jets in the tub were filled with mold. The caulking on the tub was molded and the tub itself hadn't been cleaned. We went to the front deak and explained was wrong. And informed him we booked a room elsewhere and would like a refund. He immediately got loud with my girlfriend and refused to give us the refund. My gurlfriend than. Explainend we will be contacting corporate and showing them the pictures of the state of the rooms when we arrived. He agreed to give us the refund.

Location was nice Room was outdated and whirlpool was dirty

This hotel was so disappointing. The person who checked me in was not pleasant. She acted like she wanted to be anywhere else. The room was atrocious. There were piles of hair and dirt behind the bathroom door. I opened the fridge to put drinks in and water came rushing out all over the floor. I called the front desk to get more towels, because we had used what we had to dry the floor alms we still needed to shower. They were never delivered. The "jetted tub" , the whole reason I booked that room, looked like something out of a mid-process demo. The jets were so dirty I didn't even bother filling the tub up to use it. The shower was filthy. And the bedding was stained alms full of what looked to be burn holes.

Good place to stay

This place, or at least my room, was disgusting. The toilet seat, which was dirty, was also broken. The shower was filthy and stained. I’m going to post pics on Google, so search there for the horrors. The lobby looks nice, I should have slept there.

This is/was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 1st room assigned to me had a cracked window, and the tub was digusting. No way was I going to set my bare ass in that thing. The 2nd room wasn't much better, same tub situation and it was on the 1st floor where a heard of elephants were above me. They must have checked out about 5 am as that's when the noise got really loud.

The king bed mattress was hard/extremely firm.

when we got to our room, i pulled the sheets down, like i always do when we check , there was a stain like... well.. there was a stain that a man left on the top sheet. and there was a brown dirt smear on the bottom sheet. so i went to the desk and asked for clean sheets. she went in the back, got two sheets all wadded and, shoved them into my arms and turned away. I took the sheets to my room. we took the sheets off of the bed, when we went to put the sheets on the bed there was no fitted sheet. i tucked the sheet under the corners, it almost fit. then the top sheet.. well that had a stain on it too. i was crying. there was noise til 1;30 am upstairs and i couldn't sleep. In the morning the coffee wasn't ready at 7 there was baisically no breakfast. had to go. next night was a little better.
