Super 8 by Wyndham Copley Akron

There was not much to like. At check-in the receptionist was confused as to how many rooms I had reserved and charge me additional for the other two rooms. That was NOT acceptable! The hotel should have honored the cost quoted by Booking.

The room had mold around it and was not well taken care of. The bed was very uncomfortable, sounded like it was breaking everytime I moved. Fine if you are hardly in it.

Location Dirty, staff was rude.

Although the spaces were squeaky clean they were over perfumed. The spaces were also unevenly cooled.very hotin some places...freezing cold in others. Breakfast was not great waffles or cereals

Not very much. The people did their best to help but it took a long time to get the things we needed. Very dirty. Floors were covered in dirt. Bathrooms and bed both had feces on them. Very disgusting place

Hallways stunk, stairs smelled even worse. Entry area to side was nasty. Bed was comfortable but dirty. Top blanket smelled dusty and like it hadn't been washed for a long time. Shower tub was so disgusting I was hesitant to take a shower. Bed sheets were stained and so old they were thinned out in areas. All things I would expect for a place that is $50 a night. But this place was over double that. Only thing missing was dirty needles in the parking lot. Should've slept in my truck and showered at the gym

Room and whole hotel was dirty. Breakfast had no selections and unorganized. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was disappointing, no protein,Pillows in room where flat,old uncomfortable and created neck aches,outdated bathroom,No coffee pot.Basically a flop house for the night.

The bath tub and shower head were not cleaned well. I went to the closest Walmart and bought bleach to clean it so I felt comfortable enough to shower. The floors were not swept well. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work. There was no iron in the room. Some of the plugs in the room didn’t work.

the willingness of the staff to help. Our room was broken when we got into it. the toilet seat was not on one side, and our bed spread had a burn in it. we called down to the front desk and they sent someone to fix the toilet but he didn't know about the bedspread. So the worked did get the bedspread changed while we were out but the toilet seat was left broken, and the screws were in the toilet bowl. I had to call down to the front desk again to get someone to come up before we could use the bathroom. They offered us another room, but immediately said they couldnt bc they were sold out. Asked for additional towels and was told to get them exchanged i needed to go down to the front desk with the old towels to get new. No room service was given which was fine, we just wanted new towels.

Room was in terrible condition. Toilet filthy. Bed dirty. Floor dirty. The tub had a clog of hair in the drain. Not well kept. We had to leave and cancel the moment we arrived

Everything was clean and well maintained though. Staff were helpful and friendly.

There was mold on the shower curtain and the tub also had mold ask for a clean sheet and had to change it myself for the price just wish it was clean

You get what you pay for. Unbelievable price, comfy bed, huge fridge and kitchen area and adequate shower are the good points. No shampoo, soap or coffee maker were negatives. My hallway had a horrific odor and the carpets need replacing badly. There were some peculiar late Night parties going on in the parking lot, so not a place for kids. If you just need a place to sleep 1 or 2 nights, its good because of the price.

A lot was going on during our stay. There was active construction in the parking lot, which made parking a bit of a headache. Inside the hotel itself, there was also a really strange smell that seemed like a combination of food and mildew. It definitely took away from the overall experience. The first room we were given was extremely dirty, and I was honestly shocked by the condition of the room, especially the bedding. I immediately wanted to leave, but my fiancée wanted to stay, so we spoke with the manager, and they were able to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had cleanliness issues, including a dirty bathtub in the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness of both rooms was very disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel.

Someone had clearly smoked in the room before we checked in. Terrible experience, we left at midnight and drove two hours back home..
