Comfort Inn & Suites Copley Akron

The property is pretty clean itself, could use shampoo in the carpets in the hallways. Breakfast was good and a plus having lemon water in the lobby. The elevator lights do not work for the floor numbers, and the elevator made a very loud noise, and shook, we opted out of not using it after we heard the noise and felt the shaking. Also would recommend using stainless steel cleaner, not Clorox wipes to clean the elevator. As far as the rooms, the bathrooms could use a better cleaning, especially the shower. I recommend using stronger cleaning products and a scrub brush to clean the shower. And dusting the shelves under the sink. The sheets and the bed were clean and White, comfortable bed overall, slept very well. Also, the air-conditioning worked well. I would also replace the chair that is in the room. It’s a large office chair and doesn’t fit under the desk properly and was very used/older. But for the money, the hotel was good overall. The kids didn’t mind it at all. Yes they allow pets so you may hear dogs barking.

Great ac in the room although it was a bit noisy. Elevator needs maintenance. The buttons don’t light. The gym was sufficient but not well maintained. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing exceptional. Parking was decent.

The hotel was very dirty. The hallways had trash on the floor. Shower had mold. The sink leaked if you used the hot water. The staff was alerted, but did nothing about it.

When we got to the hotel and parked the building was unkempt tiles falling off walls and dirty. When we checked in the man helping us was friendly. We did not like the looks of the hotel but went to our room to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, it was not great. The bedding looked used and sheets were yellowish the bathroom floor was sticky and the tv was so small. We stayed for maybe 1 hour but didn't feel good about the room so checked out and went to another hotel in a different area. We came from out of state and were there for a week and wanted a better stay. Wanted to get a refund but was not able to. Still trying to get something back.

Great place with helpful staff.

Our two nights at your location were very quiet, pleasant and relaxing. The entire crew were helpful and very polite. The breakfast setting and host were also top notch. However, the only inconvenience was the very strong musty smelling and humid air in the room. Other than that, all went very well. Thank you for your service and hospitality.

This place was horrible. The first room was next to a room with 2 pit bulls that wouldn't stop barking my young kids were crying the room smelled like urine. The 2nd room was horrible as well. There was a hairbrush stuffed in the couch and it was so dirty we didn't nath the kids we had to at a relatives house. Abs we had to sleep with 2 kids in the bed even though it was a suite

Front desk staff are not at the front desk, take to long for them to come to help. Elevator is slow and all the lights button are not working.

let's start - the photos in expedia are fake. whole stay had very bad smell from entry to lobby. I asked for no smoking room and the room smells like it is not even open for days. you see hand prints all over the place. Bathroom water was not even working. We had no other choice then to leave immediately from there. Arguing with receptionist was pointless as she was busy arguing with few construction workers and there were few in line as well. The point is, thanks to you guys we lost trust "comfort inn" brand itself. I'll never stay in any of comfort inn chain. Just hope this reaches to someone sensible enough understand this.

Breakfast is normal. Needs maintenance. The elevator makes very weird noises sometimes. I was going up with my family the elevator started making noises, which was so scary. Then we use mostly stairs. The check-in process was not good. I booked two rooms, one in my name and the other in my guest's name, so when they come, they can check in easily. But we arrived earlier than our guests and provided my ID and name for check-in. The front desk lady said that there is no reservation under this name. I showed her the confirmation email and provided the booking reference number; she again replied that there is no reservation with this booking number. Then she mentioned that two rooms are booked but on your guest's name. he needs to be here to check in. We have to wait more than one hour for our guests. I booked one room in my name and other on guest name, and I have no idea whether booking.com messed up the request or the hotel, but i cuase so much inconvenience for my family and me.

The staff was not helpful, charged me another night even tho i paid up front from 7/1/26-7/10/26. I fo not recommend this place.

The rooms was not cleaned after waiting for 30 minutes for housekeeping to finish. Bugs crawling on pillows, dead bugs in other bed and the shower was black.

The place was clean and the breakfast was awesome
