This resort probably has the best buffet food I’ve had at an all inclusive. I loved the fresh seafood option daily and the pasta station. Sunset Strip had great meat options and the resort also offers shisha. There is access to food at every time of the day and a good variety. The room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff was pleasant. I stayed in a swim-out room and the pool area was beautiful; great water temperature. All of the pools here are actually pretty warm so I appreciated that. The beach was great. The alcohol here is heavily watered down. You can consume 30 drinks and you will not feel a thing. Catch, one of the restaurants, was my least favorite food experience. The service was extremely slow and the food was bland. The entertainment here is lacking compared to other resorts. Due to the World Cup, some of the evening performances were replaced with a big screen to watch the games, which I did not appreciate. The movie theatre also showed soccer every single evening and no movies. The pool entertainment was mediocre as well. For example, they offered bingo but there was only enough supplies for maybe 12 people to play. Poor engagement. We stayed on the adult side where we were directed to a Marriot sales employee while we waited for our room to be available. I’m not exactly sure what she was trying to sell but we received multiple texts a day trying to force us to attend whatever presentation, similar to a timeshare, so she could earn her commission. Each time we declined she tried to guilt us into attending this presentation. Sunset Strip has great meat options but the sides were terrible. Both the Mac and cheese and creamed spinach were like soup.

The affordable cost and excellent quality Pushy sales

The room was nice and the food was good. They did not offer paddleboards or kayaks as advertised.
-
Beautiful location, very large resort with friendly staff No option for top shelf vodka! Makes no sense
-
The rooms smelled like mildew. We changed rms 3 times due to them giving us the wrong room and the horrific smell. They gave us a humidifier to help
-
The staff were incredibly; always welcoming and lovely. The food was really bad. We came to Mexico expecting to have good Mexican food, but we found nachos that were worse than gas station nachos, dry tacos, and there is only one location on site that has chips and guacamole as an option. The quality of all of the restaurants is very low; most dry, flavorless, or had gnats or hair in it.

The rooms smelled like mold. We had to move rooms 3 times in less than 24 hours due to the smell and also them messing up our room assignment. All the rooms that we had had a smell and they had to put a dehumidifier in the rooms

I didn’t like anything! Adult side everything closed at 5/6pm forced to mingle with kids and my passport was stolen

Overall the stay and the service and staff was excellent I will stay again. If you and your family need a vacation this is your best place. When we arrived got in our room the bathroom was not clean very good seem that it was a Rush job. The night before leaving our reservation for our transportation got canceled by booking.com leaving us in bind to get transportation back to the airport that was not good booking.com side and receiving my money back I haven’t.. use booking.com to much to be done like this.

The staff here are incredible, they’re very friendly and always helpful. I think the verity of foods were very little considering there were multiple restaurants.

Beautiful ocean to swim in and great restaurants The fire alarm in our room kept going off, the app sucks and it is difficult to make dinner reservations as a group and you are almost only offered a 9:30pm dinner as a group

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was nice. Check in and out was quick and efficient. The views was beautiful and so was our swim out pool. tooooo many mosquitos and bugs - pool closed too early to be an adult resort - food choices was not good - there should have been food available 24/7 - I came to Mexico and there wasn't a lot of mexican food at all!!!!!! There wasn't a lot of things to do on the resort - they didn't do a good job explaining the excursions and fun things to do.

They ran out of ice and the hamburger joint ran out of meat very disappointing

The property was amazing. Very beautiful and well kept. It was a little challenging navigating the resort and finding my room. I didn’t like the inability to get reservations for certain restaurants. Most nights I was subjected to just go to the buffet. The food was ok. House keeping was not consistent in removing towels and bedsheets. I even tip the housekeeper and she didn’t come back all day until I made a complaint.

Beach was a nice white sand beach and water was nice. Everyting was really spread out... huge property and lots of walking to get what you wanted. Beach had no towels / services except for bars without food. Food was substandard (breakfast was ok but beyond the eggs, the quality in general was not good) and alcohol was also barely ok (lacked proper mixed cocktails and lower/mid range of brands - had to pay extra for descent brands). This All-inclusive I found inconvenient without options for food during key hours in later afternoon. Pool / Beach had no food service for regular guests. The hotel had no beach activities. My room on ground floor also had sewer gas smell in bathroom which was gross. Had to be careful not to get trapped by "concierges" upselling services.

Pool, lazy river Food terrible, gave us reservation at the Mexican restaurant, once dotted was told restaurant is closing at 10 so we had to order our food, drinks, and dessert all at once. St steal place didn’t order mashed potatoes but got them and rubbery Poop in beach water. Posted on social media with that. Music in adult pool terrible, and was told we couldn’t do anything about it
