The room was clean there was hardly any water pressure in the shower and the ac was on the fritz but over all it was a very good stay we would stay again

Everything was great. Unfortunately the tile in the bathroom was broken, we notified staff. But that is the only bad thing. Everything else was wonderful.

This was a quick getaway that turned into a really fun vacation! Kyle and Hailey did a great job chauffeuring us around in the shuttle that is free for a 5-mile radius. Lucky for us it took us to the zoo, the pedestrian bridge, Runza's and the Old Market. The beds were really comfy with plenty of pillows. Great view of the river! Nice pool and hot tub area that also opened up so it was like an indoor/outdoor pool. Free breakfast to start the day, restaurant/bar connected that had great spinach artichoke dip, blt's, fajitas and the best chocolate cake. They had tasty drinks as well! There is a casino, but we didn't get that far. Front desk people were beyond helpful and friendly, even pitch hitting to come pick us up for one of the shuttle runs. Convenient, safe location. If I ever make it back to the area I will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Council Bluffs for one night at the end of May 2026. We chose it from Hotel.com while traveling as we needed a room for the night, and we were extremely pleased when we arrived. The hotel was very nice, modern, and looked as if it had been recently built or renovated. The lobby and public areas were very clean and inviting, and our room was excellent! Bedding and pillows were so comfortable. There was a large indoor pool, which we did not use, but there were a few families having a ball in the water. There's also a large casino attached by a walkway for those interested in gaming. I'd highly recommend this hotel. We loved our stay.

The breakfast at 6 am was non-existent. I chose not to delay my travel and purchased

very nice hotel. Breakfast was better than expected for free hotel breakfast. outside area very nice along the river. Pool area large and nice with outside loungers. They were doing some remodeling in hallways that didn't smell great, but rooms were very clean. I would certainly stay here again.

Pleasant staff. What you’d expect from a budget hotel

Rooms were clean but AC would not cool to what we set the thermostat at. It had a room sensor so when we came back to our room it was super hot then wouldn't cool properly. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool even though the pool room was beyond hot and uncomfortable. Parking was good, check in was quick. I reserved the rooms and it was on my card but they allowed the other person that was traveling to check into rooms without the card holder present. I was not happy about that.

Air conditioner compressor was making a very loud noise. I recorded the sound for evidence. we turned the thermostat down to 67 and the room temperature never got below 73.The TV did not work. i looked behind and all of the cables were unplugged? why was room not quality checked?

The perk about this place was the free breakfast. It was actually really good. Our room and bathroom was small for a double queen. Didn't have much space for luggage. The bathroom had hair on the floor, tub and towels. The ac unit was super loud and didnt seem to always run while we were out so we came back to a hot room a few times. The hotel is attached to a casino and the resturants were there and we're not kid friendly and very pricey. The lobby was really nice but didnt match the rest of the hotel.. they were also starting construction on the floor we were staying on which I thought was odd. When we checked out, the staff didn't ask how our stay was or anything just said that we were all good. No thanks for staying or goodbye, nothing.. the pool was alright but it was a walk from our room and the hot tub was more like a hot pool as the jets did nothing. It was a spot for truckers and traveling workers..
