Nothing

The person checking us in had zero personality. It was as if we were a bother. We frequent Disney often and there was no Disney magic with her.
-
Great location, theming, and staff It’s a bit dated and the rooms are small
-
Nice location, fairly close to Disney Village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Barely functional AC. None of the ice makers work. No plugs beside the bed to be able to plug in CPAP machine. Poor design of building, walk to front desk and back to my room was a little over 1/4 mile, and this was the only way to maybe get some ice, if you were lucky. No laundry facilities, and they will not allow pick up drop off laundry services onto the property.
-
It was close to Disney The rooms are very old .No fridge or microwave. No plug ins by the mirrors. The housekeepers did not take out recycling. The food was highly overpriced for the quality .

Very quiet and peaceful location. Easy access to the parks. The mattresses were horrible room could use a remodel but the only real downside was mattresses and hair dryer.
-
It was close to the park and the staff at the front desk was very nice My first room smelled like smoke, they sent housekeeping up to check, told me they would call me with a new room to move too. By 6 pm I still didn’t have a new room. I went to the park with my kids and when we came back at 9:30pm we moved rooms. The new room smelled much better but it was very hot as the air conditioning did not cool the room at all.

The check in process was super quick and easy and the staff member who helped us was so kind. She made sure we still had access to early entry despite having booked through a 3P website that didn't connect to our Disney accounts. And you cannot beat the location - it took maybe 15 minutes to walk from our room, through Disney Village, to the park entrances. The rooms have double beds, not queens like we're used to in the States. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it definitely wasn't as comfortable for our family. I also wish the property had some grab and go options. I didn't want to pay a ton of money for buffets where I wouldn't eat enough to justify the cost.

Character meet and greet was great. Staff was amazing. We had 2 sick children and they assisted in getting medical attention.

Air conditioning could be improved. Our biggest concern is the bathtub especially for people who are a little bit older and have Orthopedic issues it is kind of a mess to get out of.
-
That it was close to the parks It’s run down. For a Disney property and the price you pay it lacked the Disney experience. Toilets didn’t flush, rooms were far from the 1 elevator for someone that needs assistance it was a hard place to stay.
-
It was extremely hot during our stay and the air conditioning in the room was not strong enough
-
too hot at night but overall good
-
The shuttle to Disneyland Not enough plug ins in the rooms
-
The location was fantastic and we loved the rustic feel. No outlets at bedside. Had to borrow extension cords to plug in our items. Shower towels were paper thin. Unimpressive for a Disney property.
-
good for family no information on getting the drinking water.
-
The location is wonderful The theme is cute It smells old and damp, it could use a good renovation. Not good enough for a Disney hotel that still is pricier than most

Good location in proximity of Disneyland parks. My husband is in a mobility scooter so we were not eligible to take the shuttle bus however it was an easy walk. Once inside the hotel, there are several exits so it wasn't necessary to enter and exit thru the front lobby. The room was small, especially the bed. It was a small double bed for two adults. Also, the towels were small and thin. Perhaps it's a European difference. The room felt a little dated.

Great location! Easy walk to Disney parks. Hotel is a little outdated, but I think they are renovating.

Location A bit dated
