Nothing The hotel looks great on Booking, but when you arrive there, it's a waste of money. The bathroom didn't have hot water for taking a shower, the water was coming out of a hose (didn't even have a shower head)..and the breakfast was very bad (the same as the food in the hospital or worse). The internet connection was not even reaching most of the rooms. They need to renovate the rooms and have better service. Don't get fooled by the photos they present on the website, because when you get there, it's a waste of money.

beautiful view at backside of the hotel the bathroom was leaking, bathroom smelled or death, nowhere to charge your phones, wifi doesn’t work. they didn’t honor the free breakfast which is one of the reasons I booked. there is no beach view from any room as it states at booking

It looks like it was a nice facility in the past, but maintenance is lacking. And the customer service of the front desk is really bad. The worse service in Colombia so far. The toilet was not working and they didn't care. The water quality was very bad and they didn't announced an issue with the water tanks. We left the hotel earlier and moved to another lot better. Not expecting my money back since they came with a lot of issues to resolve our problems in the hotel.

Definitely a very nice location, close to the main touristic sites and very safe places to get some typical food. The beach is just steps ahead and parking lot just behind the walls. Coveñas is a small town, so there's no much quality available services or facilities. The staff during check. in / out was very indifferent and uninterested; they gave little information about the hotel's facilities, they argued among themselves in front of us. They were more aware of their departure time than attending to our requests. Breakfast is served very late at 7am and you have to wait in line to have it. WARNING: The staff never warned that the water was not drinkable, a very serious problem that must be solved by a mandatory warning, its a unforgivable oversight against the health of the guests.

Close to the beach The room was nothing like what you see in the picture online! Wi-fi was poor. Very basic hotel for the price we paid, expectations were much higher! Highly disappointed :(
