The spacious room with the nice view to the lake with everything you need. Free private parking, tasty breakfast. The room may be a little more clean.

Great location right on the lake with a very good restaurant and service. It’s a short walk to a lovely cocktail bar and LaBaia Underground parking was very convenient. It would have been nice to have a bar.

The staff is amazing and helpful, the location right on the water can’t be beat. Rooms are basic but comfortable

You cannot beat the location! Wow! We had a room with doors leading onto a patio and garden overlooking the lake. The room and bathroom were a very comfortable size. Having a fridge and a kettle was great! Parking in the undercover garage was fantastic. There is a restaurant on site, which is very convenient as you have to drive some distance to get to other restaurants and I must say, their food was delicious! I am nervous about writing this, as the hotel's response to another negative review was very unpleasant, but I do need to say it. We ate at the restaurant both nights we were there. To eat at the restaurant, you need to make a reservation, which is absolutely understandable. However, when we asked for a 7:30 pm reservation, we were told we would have to eat quickly, as most of the regular and local diners arrive from 8 pm for dinner. We could sit outside if we wanted a more leisurely meal but as it was cold, we chose to have dinner at 6.30pm. I got the feeling that they know their restaurant was basically our only choice (if you wanted to have a drink with your dinner you cant drive) and there are no restaurants in walking distance. We watched the staff serving other tables of diners who were locals and they received bread at the table and treated in a far better manner than we were.

Lovely balcony with fantastic views just what we wanted, good sized room and comfy too. Nothing much else around, although had big parking facility for hotel and restaurant, it was difficult to navigate and find
-
Comfortable with easy access to 3 eating options , on-site breakfast was great and views tremendous. Little tricky to get in and out off.. felt a little isolated and restricted if you didn’t have a car. Limited Ferry options if any.

Room was adequate and quiet. Bed comfy. Breakfast and dinner was good. Views of lake lovely. Nice walking track along the lake. Good parking. Very busy. Beach minimal. Took longer to get to hotel than expected due to narrow busy road.

Good room size. Great view. Comfy bed. Hotel restaurant was closed. A message telling me would have been good, but there wasn’t one. We were directed to a nearby expensive place but the lakeside cafe was not mentioned. Evening male receptionist seemed more interested in playing on his phone than speaking to me.

The staff were tremendous - we were delayed so arrived later than expected. The receptionist made contact with us to ensure that we had all the information we needed with full instructions on where to find the parking and the keys for our rooms. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices.

Great location, pretty basic hotel. You will be right by the beach. A bit of extra care, would do the place a favour.

Location on the lake Tiny shower, inefficient AC

There weren't any plugs near the bed and the plugs were mostly old and my adapter didn't fit them!

The hotel boasts a stunning location with a magnificent view of Lake Como. Its setting on the banks of the lake provides beautiful vistas from the room, making it a visually appealing choice for travellers seeking scenic beauty. The hotel has a designated spot for swimming in Lake Como, and the experience of bathing in the lake was truly amazing. This aspect of the stay was a highlight and added considerable value to the visit. The room was quite old-fashioned and overall just okay. The traditional blanket provided lacked a proper cover, which was a bit disappointing. There was a noticeable smell in the corridor reminiscent of hospital cleaning liquid, which detracted from the overall experience.
