Absolutely lovely staff, particularly the cleaning staff ... So kind and helpful. Excellent value, and wonderful perks like a welcome gift and free coffee and snacks. Wonderful location, walkable to everything, and a lovely comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and cute house. Good and quiet location. Very clean. Staff was very very nice. Close to supermarket and train station and beautiful nature. I wish there was a kitchen knife and also black pepper and not only salt. My bed had a memory foam mattress and it was too soft for me but I put a pillow under my torso and it was ok. But maybe the description about the beds could include what kind of mattress.

One of the best guest houses with an incredibly helpful and flexible host! The instructions were very easy to follow, and the place was spotless—perfect for a short stay. Our flight was delayed, but the host went above and beyond by helping us with self-check-in, providing clear instructions and a map to follow. The kitchen is adorable, making you feel right at home and cozy. The place is perfect for starting your journey from Varenna.

Extremly helpful staff. Too small room, but I guess that's what you get in such a "scramled" and small town, if you wan't to stay in the centre or by the lake.

Amazing location and value for money in the peaceful town of Dervio. The location is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and you can easily explore the more touristy places from here (train journey to Varenna is only 10 minutes).

I love the houses hosted by Marco and Grazia, all their accommodations are fully equipped and accessoried with an impeccable mountain taste, I love the common kitchen they have on the ground floor, super clean, extremely cosy (there’s a fireplace)
