Casa Olea Hotel

We were just for 1 night as we loved our expérience at La Baia so much we decided to come back to enjoy one night at the hotel as well.

Great blend of old and new architecture. Beautiful breakfast area and served delicious breakfast. Easy parking. Close to good restaurants. I wish the bathroom had body lotion!

Our stay was perfect: a small, peaceful hotel in a beautiful setting, far from mass tourism, where we could truly relax

Lots of stairs hard to lug luggage

When using the sauna it would have been nice with a really cold shower or bathtub. I solved it by going out to the pool which is only heated by the sun. Hard to find entrance to hotel with car. I would have preciated a restaurant on the hotel for cozy dinner in the basement.

Location and the pictures they show in booking.com There is no real towel ,instead they use something soft and fluffy like a rag as a towel. There is only one uncomfortable chair for two person. The lake view room has such a small window and you almost can't see the lake and the balcony is no chair and table.The breakfast is just for good looking pictures, the quality of food is terrible and one staff for the service is terrible.(They ofter fruit by a very small cup and only half cup.The second morning she just gave us one cup and I asked the other one then the service lady said I did not order last night. It is so rude and I never be treated like this in any hotel before......) you are hungry in and hungry and angry out.

It is a very charming place with staff that will go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and relaxation. Breakfast selections are varied and plentiful, for an American/US palate. Very little can be offered as a negative…. If anything, it can be somewhat challenging to find your way into reception upon arrival. Once there, it all becomes clear.

Amazing architecture and design. Modern and minimalist but still managed to have the cozy feel to it. The eye for detail is exceptional. Location to die for. Every single detail is so thought through. Environmental awareness. Just can't recommend enough for people that appreciate beauty and excellence:) The staff was polite and professional with kindness Needed a table by the sink or shelf to put my lady stuff ;) and a tiny table to put my coffee cup while sitting by the window

The breakfast is super complete and delicious. Just around the corner there is a nice bar by the lake - don’t miss it for an evening cocktail! Great place to stay at Lake of Como! No comments at all.

High level products and preparation.

had a perfect stay and will definitely return. Renting a car is recommended, and the hotel offers good parking as well. Trying and even buying the complimentary Timoncello at the beside restaurant ( La BAIA ) is highly recommended..

Really clean, stylish and cool, lovely staff. Indoor parking, wellness centre absolutely excellent and work the extra cost for the privacy. Bidet toilet good, amazing water pressure… Food next door excellent. Could do with a spoon for coffee making and perhaps a bin in main room for coffee pods etc.

Pool and view were beautiful, lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. The hotel is overly minimal and grey, with no personal touches. Feels quite like an overpriced bunker.

This was our third stay at Casa Olea Hotel — and once again, it was pure bliss. The hotel is a little oasis right by the lake, thoughtfully designed with a calm, minimalist aesthetic. Natural materials and clean lines make it the perfect place to unwind. This time, we stayed in a room with lake view, and waking up to that scenery from bed was simply amazing. We also love that the hotel is located away from the overly touristy parts of Lake Como. The atmosphere feels more relaxed, with great options for running, cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and some fantastic restaurants nearby.

It is very spacious and clean. The view is perfect. The spa was a nice addition although the showers didn’t have hot water in the spa. We had an ant problem in our room, but they fixed it very quick and where tell nice about it. The breakfast was very good. The sheets on one pillow was ripped, it’s just for the price point I didn’t expect it. But they were very nice about everything we didn’t for the baby and even made us lunch packets, because I couldn’t go to breakfast because of food poisoning

Breakfast was excellent, you have to let them know what you would like to eat the day before. But guess that is a good thing to avoid spilling of food. The location is perfect, great restaurant and fantastic cocktail bar within stone throw of hotel on the lake.

This hotel had a lot of Italian charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel amenities were very good. The spa & pool was great. And the view from our room was superb. We cannot wait to come back again!
