The car conditioning didn’t work in my room

The staff at reception were kind The elevator was not working and I have to take stairs till 3rd floor up and down with and without luggage and WiFi was very slow, and it’s very far to the center more than expected, which takes you a lots of time..!

Location The pillows were broken and extremely uncomfortable. The hotel doesn't even offer a water bottle or a tea cattle. The air-conditioning was worst i was sweating all night.

The free charger for our electric car and size of bed 1. There was no water at all for 1,5 hour when we arrived ( from 22:00 ). Something went out of order. 2. The toilet was impossible to flush till the morning. Even in the morning it was possible to do it just once and after that water didn’t come back ? 2. It was very cold in a room though the battery was very hot. Probably there is some distance between windows, which let the air go in. 3. The blanket was too hot. So under the blanket was hot and outside of blanket was cold ? 4. Very noisy from outside

Very friendly staff, decent clean rooms, affordable price, good restaurants at walkable distance open until late. Nearest rail station to get to Paris city is 10 mins walking distance. Breakfast was running out quickly and lot of time taken to refill due to limited staff.

Nice, clean and warm room. Good breakfast. 15 minutes by train from Gare de Lyon in Paris. Good value for money. Need to walk to the train station around 10 minutes, but we knew this when making the booking )

The staff is very helpful, they changed our room as soon as we told them that the initial room smelled smoke. Products for breakfast was not fresh.
