Well, the bed & pillows were comfortable & the room was quiet. But when we spilled some water on the floor & went to wipe it up, the floor was filthy. You couldn’t see it because the dirt blended in with the color of the floor, but I would not want to walk barefoot in the room. No hairdryer & no coffeemaker. The bodywash in shower was ok. The fasteners & dispenser for the body wash, shampoo, & conditioner on the shower wall were broken or open or would fall off & the conditioner bottle was empty. The doors to the elevators were really dirty as were other room & service doors. Breakfast was EXTREMELY disappointing. The description online said breakfast was included, not barely a continental one. They had packets of sugary sweetened oatmeal, no plain. I don’t like to dump a lot of sugar in my system first thing in the morning & there was nothing besides that & packaged danish, little packaged pancakes, bread & jelly, tea, some juice & rather lousy coffee. I only drink decaf coffee of which they had none. Would’ve been great to at least have had a hard boiled egg or some peanut butter for protein to put on bread. The GREAT thing about having stayed here tho was finding the little Italian restaurant/wine bar next door called ‘Sara’ @ 3936 W. Sepulveda. We had a fabulous dinner there & can’t say enough good things about it. Better than much of the food we had while spending a month in Italy last year.

The amenities were very lacking, not even any hand soap at The Basin, no refrigerator, no body cream. The breakfast was only carbs. There was no protein. very misled the breakfast. The property is really a motel 6 type building. I was expecting a hotel type building by the name. The staff, however, was excellent, but no front desk staff overnight. Room was clean.

Open parking ,VERY CLEAN ROOMS, the breakfast needs more protein.

Parking and breakfast was the cherry on top

The property and our room were just ok. Nothing super clean. No soap.
-
It was clean Very Limited breakfast options, reception staff are not that good responsive.

There was no hand soap. The manager said they ran out. So, before you use the bathroom, keep in mind that you may need to make a run to the store for a bar of soap. The office was locked in the morning and no one was there to answer questions like, “When do you think the hand soap will arrive?” Place looked like it was not maintained, paint falling off the wall and such. A/C was turned off by housekeeping each day when we left the room which made everything smell musty, humidity dripping down the walls. Towels were always clean. Free parking was nice. Breakfast included store-bought individually wrapped pastries, oatmeal packets and juices. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. We saved money. But probably would not stay there again.

Horrible. I literally left after the first night and just ate the cost. Don’t even know if a refund was an option because they refuse to pick up the phone.

This hotel was in a great location for our visit. It looks very well maintained from the outside but shows its age inside. It was thin on amenities (no microwave or in-room coffee for instance), but had great towels and hot water, although the water pressure was on the low side. Housekeeping staff was great with small requests (towels, soap, etc.). Parking was very good.

The clerk checking us in was not very helpful and seemed annoyed at the questions I asked regarding accommodations and access to an in room refrigerator needed to store medication.
