At first, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to stay there, but once I opened the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, and so was the common area. In the end, I decided to stay, mainly because of the low price compared to the surrounding hotels. ✨✨✨✨

Great stay. Staff was attentive, amenities were great. Only cons were no hot water in the kitchen sink and I don’t think the showers were cleaned during my 4 night stay. Was a great location with a lot of coffee shops and quick food/metro access.

I didn’t book this room and the people never called me back left a voicemail

Clean and friendly

Clean room, but the restroom showers definitely needed a deep cleaning. The parking situation is a bit stressful you can’t park in the street until 6pm, and the street in front you have to worry about street sweeper days. But for the price it’s okay.

El vecindario es bastante tranquilo y hay una parada de bus cercana. El personal aunque no estaba presente (no hay front desk) estuvieron al pendiente de los chats y llamadas.

Bathroom arrangement kind of disorganized but OK.

It’s clean hostel with a very nice comfortable room and bed. Bathroom is also clean and has room for multiple guys. Nice complete kitchen with stove, microwave (I believe) and refrigerator. Lounging area is nice and comfortable with gaming tables. And a vending machine if you get hungry. Nothing.

I have stayed across different places in my life and I have left the area having no issues. I stayed here for a day, checked out at 11am... Was in that facility for three hours after that.. Then I leave... At 6pm the manager calls me accusing.. oh did you throw up in the room? I said I didn't and he moved ahead to say, oh.... We are going to charge you $250 and I said for what? He said to clean the room... I was shocked? I asked him; why I'm I paying 3 times what I paid for the room? He said we have been cleaning the room for three hours... I said I didn't throw up and why did your cleaner not complain while I was still there? He said : oh she doesn't speak English And secondly we don't appreciate when our staff do that. I told him I only ate fish in there? Go ask your cleaner, I didn't throw up.. he said I will go ask if she saw any signs of throwing up? Hmmmmmm I wake up the next morning to a message that says, we are charging you $85 for the lost of revenue for the previous night. I called him, told him to send me a document that shows he cancelled last night and also give me time to communicate to those who sent me on that trip because I do not know why I'm paying . He said : "Tell them you were filthy, dirty and a pig that's why we are charging you" Your manager called me a "PIG". If that's a reasonable hostel, they will act accordingly. In every business, customer is always first and even when they are rude to you which I wasn't, you speak to them in a respectful way.

Lovely shared living experience. The entire space was clean and comfortable. When I entered my room there were fresh towels available and the kitchen had just enough to keep all my food safe. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick visit or staying for a long trip!!
