The property is dated. The walls and ceilings are thin. Toilet water doesn’t completely stop. But the location is excellent. You can go to lots of places with $1 by bus. There is a shop and restaurants nearby. Microwave is in the room, so you can reheat things.

Ample free designated parking, rooms are quite run down, but good location/walkable to restaurants nearby & good for work/travelers that won’t be spending a lot of time in the room.

Price. Really old and beat up. No water provided. It was hot so I ran the window mounted cooler. The sound was indescribable. And not good. Maybe replace those??? It did cool down the room.
