Best Western Buffalo Ridge Inn

Room was clean. Great Bed. Bathroom door was dragging. Friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal but good.

Had everything I needed for the stay.

Great location in Custer- walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Centrally located for the parks. Large comfortable room, the complimentary breakfast’s st was better than most, and the pool was awesome. The whole facility is well kept and clean. Absolutely would stay again

Great location just minutes from Custer State Park, but the property is dated and run-down, and our bathtub drain was completely clogged.

We had a large amount of black mold in our bathroom on the sealing, the front desk staff was indifferent and very carefree. We asked for 3 keys for our room. And we had to go to front desk 5 times because at random one key would stop working. She finally told us that only 2 keys can be active at a time and everytime she activates a 3rd key one of others gets deactivated. The breakfast was good.tge morning staff were very good. This place should not bear theBest Western name

Staff were wonderful. A/C started to beep in the middle of the night it shut off and smelled like it was burning. Had to unplug A/C unit. Breakfast was terrible. French toast tasted like cardboard.

It was a quick stay. Would definitely coming back when I'm in the area again. Very friendly staff and room was clean.

It was a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was fine, just old. Only complaint was the couch was like really old and super uncomfortable to sit on, should be replaced. Breakfast every morning was great as it was a different menu each day. Coffee was hot! Room service upon request which was also nice.

Our room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. The breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful, even sharing their favorite sights to see in the area. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was quite different. We waited more than 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk, and when the staff member finally returned, they seemed to have an attitude and were rather rude.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The couch in the room was old and worn out.

Great location near Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore!

When we arrived at the hotel I ask for a first floor room. She said they didn't have any first floor rooms that would accommodate 4 nights in a row. Going up and down the stairs was a bit rough carrying our luggage and there was no elevator. The ac was older and noisey. The room smelled musty and of dog when we got there so we had to run the ac lower to keep the smell down. The had one trash can in the room and said if we wanted any cleaning service we would have to request it which we didn't. Just got the things we needed from the lady with the cleaning cart. We cut our trip one night as the mattress was uncomfortable. The location was good to visit crazy horse or Mt Rushmore. The lady in the breakfast area was so very nice and the food was good every day and different variety. Very clean eating area and always stocked.
