The room was okay but would not stay in suite again. Sink area smaller than expected and cabinet light did not work. The air conditioner very loud and not working well. The staff was super helpful and hardworking they made up for any issues. Breakfast good too.

We stayed at another hotel the past two years, as we have visited the Black Hills. This year we decided to change it up and stay at the Comfort Inn in Custer. This was the absolute best decision we made. The hotel was so very nice! Also very clean and very comfortable ! The free breakfast was great, with lots of choices. The hotel seemed quiet, as the other hotel we stayed at was not so quiet. We will definitely return and stay here again, in the future ! Highly recommended !

Nice hotel in a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and downtown stores. Breakfast was good with a nice sitting area outside. Staff were always helpful. Perfect spot to stay with family while travelling the Blackhills.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Each and every department was so kind - at every turn - on every shift. The breakfast was very nice and well maintained. While we were there, there were always two people in the breakfast area working. One person even offered to get us coffee. Our room was restocked every day—we really liked this as a lot of hotels have stopped this service. 100% recommend!!

Front desk staff were fantastic! Got a recommendation to try Rushmore Brewing Company for supper and was more than satisfied. They staff were also very friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

Room was not available when we arrived to checkin and the staff was not helpful. The hotel rooms are pretty worn. Great location. Nice breakfast.
