Fantastic view for the Cuzco. City lights in the night time were amazing. Location at San Blas area was good. Artesans, nice restaurants and narrow alleys created unique atmosphere!
-
The staff were efficient and friendly and were awesome about holding our bags while we were on our trek. There is free tea set up in the courtyard and the vibe of teh whole place is so serene! Would def stay again! :) n/a

This property was amazing, I wish I could give a higher score. The courtyard was beautiful and inviting. I stayed on two different occasions and both rooms were cozy and quiet. Tea was available all the time. Breakfast was good. The staff were all so nice and cheery. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Location was great in the heart of everything! I left behind my glasses accidentally and after an extensive search the staff contacted me personally to notify me they had found them! Great service

Very beautiful courtyards and clean rooms.

Booked a night here on short notice and have no complaints. Stayed at their sister property before and this was just as good. Comfy rooms and set up. Close to the center of town. Solid breakfast Our room was toward the back and wifi didn’t reach there that well.
-
Beautiful old building in the center of town They don’t turn the heat until 7 pm. We were a bit cold when we tried to nap. Out room was in the north side l, so it was colder than the southern exposed ones

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The free breakfast was sufficient and fresh. The grounds and view were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. It was a quiet, relaxing, beautiful place that I would definitely return to in the future. I cant think of anything; it was that good!

I was staying with a friend in a room with 2 twin beds. The room felt crowded and the bathroom door did not close with out putting an obstruction to keep it closed. The staff were all wonderful.., cleaning staff. front desk and kit hen staff. bathroom door did not close. Room lock was unnecessarily ancient.

The location is perfect, it close to the famous "Twelve angles stone" and only 5 minutes walk to Plaza de Arms. there is alway a sewage smell in bathroom.
