We liked the price and proximity to the main plaza This property was way too loud at night, because there is a discoteca across the street that played loud music, cars moving and honking all through the night and fireworks in the main square at 3am. We had a hard time getting a good night’s rest before an early wake up for trekking. There was a woman at the front desk that was very rude.

3rd floor walk up was not ez in 1st day in Cusco. The rooms were quite small, and quite a bit of noise outside due to celebrations, cars, disco, etc but rooms facing inside were noisy as well with loud early AM checkouts.

Very central and fairly quiet. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, very convenient hotel. Allowed us a bit of a later checkout without pay . Tiny window/balcony with iron grills so felt a bit constrained, but we did not spend much time in the room. We pre-booked a large taxi to the airport, which the reception did not order properly - so it came late and was a tiny taxi we had to squeeze into yet paid the price for a large one - staff was not very helpful.

It’s well located and clean. Bed were Confortable. Staff was nice. The noise from guests. The breakfast is basic. They could not keep up with replenishing the food and coffee. They were out of coffee for a good 20 minutes. Como shampoo- conditioner. It doesn’t work, have it separated!
