It was spacious and clean. My room was facing the street and it would get loud at night and the early mornings.

Internet wasn’t the best

The location was great. The breakfast was simple and satisfactory. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Everything worked in the room and I had good, hot running water. The only thing I can think of is perhaps the breakfast could be more robust. It is a small kitchen so I am not sure that that can be done.

Bathroom were dirty and I got dirty towels. There were alot fo noises at night. Not good value for money.
-
Beds It had a broken lamp.

There were problems with hot water on two of the nights. On one of the nights we had to shower with lukewarm water. There was mold on the shower walls. Everything in the bathrooms and all electrical switches and outlets in the rooms are very outdated. The room was quite dark during the day and dimly lit in nighttime.

LOCATION AND ECONOMICAL. Wifi was out 70% of the time and the floor creaked LOUD.
-
Just a step away from Plaza de Armas. Heater provided.

The staff here were SUPER friendly and very accommodating! They were attentive and went above and beyond with any request we had — from requests about the food, a last minute request to hold our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu, to reasonably priced, by-the-kilo laundry service that left our clothes super clean and smelling subtly nice (and two requests to wash delicate jackets where they came back in perfect condition!), to holding a package for our tour guides to pick up, requesting a taxi, and so much more. The place itself is cute as a button, too! The included breakfast was simple but fantastic. You got to choose from three types of eggs and a pancake for the hot portion, and they accommodated requests (eg, adding ham and cheese to the eggs). I loved that for the buffet part of the breakfast, they put out a little at a time. They constantly refilled the options, which to me indicated it was fresh. Also, the location can’t be beat! I could go on and on about what I loved about our stay at Yabar. I hope we have the luxury of coming back to Cusco and staying here. We’ve already recommended it to people we know that have upcoming trips! Pedestal sink (not enough space to store toiletries next to the sink) — plenty of room elsewhere in the bathroom, though. Wish there was a hook closer to the shower for hanging the towel and more than one hook in the room for our towels once done drying. Only sharing this one to confirm what you see in other reviews (they did not bother us) — the walls are thin, so bring earplugs if you’re a sensitive sleeper.

Staff were friendly & they had decorated our bedroom as it was our honeymoon. Not being able to get a full nights sleep the 5 nights we were there due to noise & people talking outside our room. Not ideal when you’re doing long day trips, on average we got not even 4 hours sleep a night it was that bad. No hair dryer.

Breakfast isn’t as in the reviews very limited Room was big but towels was kind of old. No enough shampoo for daily care

The hotel is well-located in the city center, but it is noisy ??. The room lacked heating, which was unacceptable given the cool nights ??. The TV only offered Spanish channels, was outdated, and lacked features like Netflix, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi, making it impossible to watch anything ??. This is unacceptable in a hotel; I believe guests should be able to relax and watch something in the evening ?. The price was good, but I would prefer to pay extra for better amenities ??..

The room is downstairs and dark. We can hear the noise from upstairs, especially there are kids upstairs. The room is not like the pictures showing on the website
