The breakfast had limited options, but was fine for our purposes. The location of the hotel and staff were both excellent. We stayed there twice on this trip, and our room was better for our second stay.

I didnt know My room was front of the kitchen, my last day that i took for rest was a mess, 6:00 am the noise was very bad also you can hear everysingle noise in my roon, very dissapointed, other than that , love this place.

I liked how central it was. Right by the plaza, super easy to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly as well. They don’t have air conditioning or fan, so we had to sleep with all of our windows open, the windows goes directly to the hallway so anyone could see us sleeping but it was either that or being extremely hot. Also, they have a Starbucks inside the building and for some odd reason, the starbucks workers BLAST music at 11pm every night while closing the store. Extremely loud and very hard to focus on getting some rest specially if you have a 4-5am pick up for your tours.

Location is superb. Right off the main plaza, in the historic district. Very clean and comfortable. Inner rooms are quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

The front desk staff, housekeepers, and breakfast staff are very friendly, helpful, and take initiative to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Moderately clean. There is a Starbucks connected to the hotel lobby with an amazing view of Plaza de Armas. Those are the only reasons why this property gets 3/10 instead of a 1. They have a cyber security issue. Someone on WhatsApp messaged me pretending to be a "chief administrator" for this property stating personal details, and threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn't go this website and reenter in my credit card number. Under the guise to "enhance booking security" this SCAMMER aptly named Christin Schmidt (no doubt to lull foreigners into a sense of legitimacy) got a hold of my phone number, name, and booking id. At this point I wonder what other information this property has allowed to be leaked to nefarious individuals. This place was on the cusp of being a wonderful stay were it not for this. For that reason they get a disappointing score.
