It was clean, friendly staff, but no elevator

We stayed in a suite. Our balcony was right on the Plaza De Armas, looking directly across at the Cathedral. The room was cleaned daily. The included breakfast was excellent. The front desk was staffed 24/7 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife thought it was odd that we had to turn in and leave our room key at the front desk whenever we left but it worked well as we did not have to worry about losing it. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and all that we tried were good. We were also able to easily walk to the San Pedro train station to catch our train to Machu Picchu. The Plaza de Armas is a hub of activity so if you want solitude, this is not a good location for you. If you want to be located in the middle of Cusco, close to everything, this is an excellent choice.

A gem of a hotel in a truly spectacular location. There was a good soundproofing but due to the central location, it is still worth packing earplugs as nights are pretty loud outside

it was difficult to find the hotel based on the name that is displayed on booking website. I had to call the hotel for directions.

The staff was very helpful in obtaining with everything why asked about. Location was fantastic right on the plaza. The room and hotel was very clean. The space around the toilet was tight.

Awesome location right on the main plaza. The staff was amazing especially the ladies doing breakfast. No filtered plain water available. They had hot cocoa leaf water but they need to invest in a water bottle refill station for us tourists who can't drink the water. Also not something against the hotel but the plaza is loud at all hours of the night. So staying anywhere directly on the square will be noisy. It was fine for us but others may be bothered by it.

The stay was a nice home away from home.

Loved the location, cleanliness and the comfortable beds. Breakfast was also very good! The hotel name was confusing and under a different name. I went into the hotel at the address given to ask for directions. They said I was there.

Super friendly staffs and they are very helpful while you are in need. No elevator!! Should have listed in hotel description!

The room's were also very clean and tidy, with excellent room service and cleaning. All in all, an excellent stay right on the main square! Oh and the breakfast was fantastic.

Excellent location, just by the main squeare so always is something going on. I think that for that money I could get more amenities.
