Demasiado ruido en la noche y dia puedes escuchar todo , no cuentan con aire y tienen un calenton portatil, cuando llegamos nos pudieron q avisaramos cuando nos ivamos a bañar para q prendieran el agua caliente, huele a humedad el baño y las cobijas olian a sudor no lo recomiendo en absoluto si lo q desean es deescansar,

Rooms are quite cold, heater not sufficient for room size and no heating in bathroom. For sleeping many blankets are provided.

Great location, excellent breakfast and flexibility to have early breakfast and luggage storage. Hot water may be sketchy.

Warm staff. Wonderful setting. Loved the abundance of natural light, the breakfast, and amazing proximity to Plaza de Armas. Translation challenges at front desk.

Great location, right on the Plaza. The stairs! With the altitude issues of Cusco, climbing the stairs was a bit of a challenge.

Very affordable and very close to the main square. Breakfast was delicious. No elevator but had assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs

Comfy Older curtains caused some allergies but basic meds handled it

Very well located, right on the corner of the plaza de armas - can’t have better! Great breakfast (usual eggs/fruits/juice/bread/tea or coffee), very nice staff (can help with taxis, was super nice when our daughter got sick), reception open 24h; clean room and great hot shower ! Nothing, it was really good. Family room is a bit tight for 5, but anyway, you don’t go to Peru to stay in the bedroom ☺️

This place far exceeded my expectations! The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and the room was warm and clean. I was worried that it might be noisy from being so close to the plaza but it was not an issue at all. We put some white noise on just in case but I don’t think we necessarily needed it. The breakfast was great and the staff was very kind and friendly. We’ve been living in Peru for a year and have stayed in a lot of hotels…this was one of the better stays we have had…especially for the money. Nothing
