Location and cost where perfect! Room had full windows to the dining room, shower didn't always have hot water and didn't drain well.
-
No heater, can't use kitchen. Room's small
-
That it was in the middle of the plaza That the room to the plaza wasnt offered
-
Bathroom had a very bad oder coming from drains making it hard to breathe and causing extreme headache ,I didn't get the room I booked, in the square where it's located they were pounding on drums and doing chants all night and all day making it impossible to sleep . I left hostel a day early because of conditions.

It’s in the center of Cusco Water pressure wasn’t good. We have to leave 4am for our Salkantay Hike and the water was only dripping.

Of course, the location was amazing!! We stayed two nights. Wonderful view of the main square!! The bed was very comfortable!! Bathroom was interesting as the toilet was in the shower area but it worked great and the water was very nice and hot!! Nothing

Good, safe location, centrally located

The bathroom in my room was a bit cramped. The toilet faced into the shower area and the drain for the shower was behind the toilet. The floor want sloped properly, so a lot of water built up in a puddle. There is a water heater you have to manage during your shower, as I've level is to hot and the next down is like lukewarm. I managed, but it was not a comfortable experience. And with several hiking excursions during my stay, I really needed a shower It can be a bit noisy of your a light sleeper. The balcony is right on the plaza and cabs start to line up around 4:00 am - often honking and calling out to each other. I slept fine, but if you have trouble falling back asleep, it might not work for you. If you're in Cusco during Holy Week, this a great place to stay. The processions go right by the balcony. All in all, I'm glad I stayed there, though the shower was frustrating. The shower!

the location and the view The cars passing in the night honk outside the window. All night, every ten to fifteen minutes

The staff are so kind and accomodating, very friendly and warm people! I have a gluten allergy, so the staff helped cater to my needs for breakfast. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cusco (however it can be noisy if you’re a very light sleeper). I had issues with my shower which was disappointing, however after speaking to the staff, they happily changed my room at no extra cost. Muchas gracias!
