Excellent location and great breakfast

Not sure if there’s an option but exhausted fans in bathrooms will help a bit. Not all staff are comfortable with English but manage exceptionally with translate apps.

We loved that it was close to the Plaza de Armas, and the property itself was beautiful. The breakfasts were just right and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was across from a nightclub and even with ear protection we could still hear people and music until 3 or 4 in the morning.

Great stay with an incredible location. It was just a few feet away from La Plaza Mayor. Very convenient for tours and everything was close by. The room was exactly what we needed for the long days and they had a heater for the cold nights. The area outside looked like it was a party street, but you could not hear the noise in the room at all. Slept great every night. Nothing

The staff was so sweet and accommodating, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Central location, nice breakfast, lovely common areas. Nice to four beds in one room for a family It’s located across from a karaoke bar. The hotel does give your ear buds in the rooms, but the music played to 4am. Just be aware of this if you need the family room for 4 people.

My partner had an emergency and the staff was so quick and efficient to call an ambulance, our check out was the same day of the emergency and they made sure that we were ok and if we needed a late checkout, and if that wasn’t enough, they were kind enough to keep our bags the next day as we had to change our flight! 100% will always recommend this place.

La Casona Real Cusco is located steps from the main plaza which makes getting to sites and restaurants very easy. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and the cleaning staff took pride in making sure the rooms were neat and organized. The property is located directly across from a LOUD disco that stayed open until 3:30am. Our room was not on the street, yet the noise from the disco was incredibly loud. Rooms where small and reflected the age and quirkiness of the building. My main issue was that the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. If we had been staying more than two nights I would have moved hotels.

Staff Noise from neighbouring bar is absolutely unbearable

Cleanliness of the room including the bedding and the private bathroom. Friendliness of the staff and 24-hour availability of the front desk. Location right off the main square, convenient location and baggage storage. Courtesy breakfast bags with small sandwich, bar, fruit and a bottled water to make it easier for early morning departing tours. Responsiveness on WhatsApp prior to arrival. Noise sensitive people might feel the noise right across the alley. We are all good sleepers, so it was not a big issue. Hotel provided ear plugs so I believe they would help too although we didn't need to use them. The only glitch is that the hotel miscounted us for breakfast on the last day. They did make up a bag for the 4th family member, but it was missing the sandwich. It's always good to bring some extra snacks just in case.

Excellent staff!! The hotel is conveniently located right by the main plaza and everything was walkable from the hotel. There are multiple cuisines in walking distance from the hotel. We had limitations on what kind of room we needed for the family and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family and make it a comfortable experience.

Affordable stay at very convenient location close to the Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was great. Service was prompt. Even though there is club next to this hotel, with double doors noise was minimal. We purchased water bottles at this hotel. Water was unnecessarily more expensive than regular price outside. Hotel rooms felt old and bit run down.
