Location & breakfast were great I am a tour leader of 8 pax and I did book an 8 beds room The price for each person was $16. I also booked 1 bed for me separately in another room and the price was$11. I do not understand why so much difference. ????

Great location right above the main plaza. It’s on the nightlife street where music can be heard late but my room was perfectly quiet. The bed curtains were some of the best of any hostel I’ve stayed at as they fully cut out any light. Each bed had a big storage drawer that fit both my bags. There were plenty of bathrooms and hot water for the showers. They provide free filtered water to refill your water bottles and the lounge spaces were big, well decorated, and had lots of seating. Nothing really, it was a perfect place to recover from Salkantay and finish my time in Cusco. Some rooms closer to the street might have noise issues even if mine didn’t.

Clean, budget- friendly hostel, in the city center. The room was comfortable

This is the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at. I was traveling with a larger group and stayed in both the bunk room and two private rooms. The bunk room is tight with everyone's things but you get your own large drawer to lock up your stuff if you need to. The private rooms were great, spacious and clean. The private bathroom was perfect. The staff was super nice and she was friendly when I arrived at 1am after being delayed 12 hrs. The food was very good for breakfast and dinner, you will not go hungry. The laundry service was good too, no one lost any items and nothing got mixed up. The alleyway the hostel is on was SUPER busy at all hours of the day AND night, but you really can't hear much once you're inside and in the room. The bunk room could use a shelf on the foot of each bunk to organize your stuff and a hook for your own towel, there are hooks in the hallway but people kept forgetting which towel was theirs, which was interesting. The top bunk is difficult to climb in and out of if you're a bit older (>40 :)) so having the shelf and hook would have been helpful.

This was my first time staying at a hostel where the staff were genuinely helpful, honest, and proactive in giving sincere advice and recommendations for tours and places to visit. It really made a difference in the overall experience. On a couple of occasions, Joshi went out of her way to help us resolve a payment issue. I had honestly never experienced that level of support in a hostel before, and I have been to many hostels. The facilities are excellent, the rooms have heating (which is essential in Cusco), and the location could not be better. We stayed in several places across Cusco and Peru, but this is now one of my favorite hostels.

The breakfast was not good. Everything else what great, I'd strongly recommend staying here and just going elsewhere for breakfast.

Very good location, nice breakfast and clean room. Possibility to refill the water and have some tea during the all day. Everyone from staff was really nice and there was possibility to use safe lockers when checked out. Paper thin walls, we could hear all discussions from an other room, and also the music all night long from nearby bars. Would be nice to have some hangers in the room. Also when we booked it they had the price in dollars and when we wanted to pay in soles, they used some unofficial rate so we paid 12 soles more. They should use official rate for it not some rate the owner comes up with.

The location was fabulous and very central. But the hotel was quiet inside. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful with ideas for my stay. Great value! Will definitely come back here.

The Nao Victoria is a gorgeous "hostel" in the center of Cusco. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very convenient and the food is fresh and delicious. The room was very comfortable. I had a private room with 2 beds. It had a space heater as June is their winter. It is my understanding that not all rooms have space heaters so if you are staying during the cold months, do check on that. I would definitely recommend this place. Nothing. It was all good.

Love everything about this hostel.

The breakfast was really subpar. The eggs were often cold.

Staff is excellent! Rooms are comfy and location was great.

Even though we had a private room there was still some noise that made its way in from the lobby and from the parties at the bars next door. It wasn’t terrible but if you want total peace and quiet, this might not be the place. Also there was no window to the outside in our room and it got a bit hot at night. The sink faucet wasn’t attached securely, but it still worked fine. The shower temperature adjustment valves also weren’t functioning fully properly but you could make it work.

The private room was amazing!
