The location
-
The room is normal temperature The hotel is in the center of the city, just 3 mins walk from Plaza de Armas, but it is surrounded by cobblestone stairs and it can be a hustle walking uphill with your things. Water was changing from hot to cold during shower and there was no middle.

Location Hot shower is bad
-
No hot water in bathroom, great location it is close to plaza, rooms were cold with no heating but they will give heater for some charges, rooms are okayish, breakfast starts at 7 and they don't give any extra, you get 1 glass of juice, 1 omelette, bread, butter, coffee, avocado, that’s it ! If you are taking day tour and leaving early then you might have to arrange your own breakfast unless tour is providing you. Best part of hotel is the location. No hot water in bathroom in cold weather/ we went in last week of May.

The beds were very uncomfortable.
-
The staff was very attentive and gentle!
-
It's located on a hill with stairs, it's a bit of a hassle to get to the hotel.
-
Very noisy and sheets were dirty. No hot water, bathroom not clean
-
The location is great, just a 3 min walk from the central Plaza. The staff is friendly, helpful but non intrusive. Breakfast is light but delicious. It’s a cute building with art everywhere. It can be noisy at night, but you are choosing a central location. It isn’t terrible though and you can bring ear plugs

Breakfast could have more variety.

A bit noisy at nights

It's a hostel, not a hotel. We booked it because the name said it’s a Hotel. No heating or isolation what so ever, the room was colder than the weather outside. Glad we had 4 beds for the 2 of us, so could have used 2 blankets/bed.
-
Great staff, they speak English and very helpful and friendly The hot water for showering was not that good. It was not enough warm for us to shower

Good

The shower didn’t get warm, but we didn’t mind getting it fixed—sometimes, a cold shower is refreshing.

The owners were so wonderful and helpful. Gave advice for my sick daughter, even lending us a hairdryer so we wouldn’t get chilled. The suite was gorgeous and fully functional with a kitchen and all the utensils and a good pressure hot shower. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of blankets. The nearby discotecas are audible all night long. I found that earplugs worked for me. Daughter could feel the bass.

The egg is hot at breakfast. They made it after you ordered it. One of the cat was really friendly. The location cannot reach by taxi. The drive will park in a distance and walk you up. It was super noisy! You can hear the party from all the bars all night until 4 or 5 am and the noise from Hostal lobby in the morning plus our window just facing the walkway. You can hear all the tourists in the early morning. It’s impossible to sleep!!! We didn’t have water for shower on the first night but luckily it came back in the early morning.
-
The proximity with the center la plaza de Armas, the rooftop view and the huge room, the price was really good too The noise, there's a lot of club around this hotel so they party until the morning, if you are looking for something quiet it's not the place to be. The name of this hotel can be confusing too there's another one in Cusco named Hotel El puma. So we paid an other taxi.
