Very good breakfast. Close to Plaza de Armas.

Great location and breakfast

Ernesto was an amazing host, always going above and beyond. Excellent views from our room as well. They had an option for take-away breakfast for those going on early hikes/pick-ups. N/A

Great views and location! Really friendly staff.

The wifi in our room was not working while we were there but they were working on it. We could get wifi everywhere else.

We stayed for 4 nights in a panoramic room. The views were stunning and everything was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and courteous, breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order (breakfast bags to go on mornings we had to leave early), very good hot water pressure in the shower and heaters in the room, coffee/tea/hot water available 24x7. The hostel let us leave luggage there while we went to Machu Picchu, which was super handy! All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay! Highly recommended ? Nothing!

Triple room comfortable Nice view from the breakfast area Possibility to order food delivery, very convenient for a late arrival We had to change our dates but did it by contacting the manager directly instead of cancelling and rebooking through booking.com. The manager made a mistake when confirming the new price, and we ended up paying much more than what she had confimed in written. Some rooms without any view and difficult to reach (many stairs). Very small double bed during our second stay Hotel difficult to find by Uber, always choosing another street as pick-up point

Good breakfast, nice location with a good view of the city.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The owner was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. He made sure you were taken care of. Restaurants were very close by. Well, you can’t change hills. But It had easy access to the center of the main plaza.

Bed was hard and room heater seemed intermittent but might have been the operator.

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. All the staff were kind and helpful. We stayed for 5 days and were sad to leave. There were a lot of uneven stairs to our room, but it was part log the charm.

Everything was great

view Helpful and kind staff, amazing view of historical square and mountains. Good breakfast. I didn't know it was up a steep hill. Cusco is more than 2 miles above sea level, it was more difficult than expected to walk up

We had a room with 3 single beds and a private bathroom. The view to get to the room had a beautiful lookout over the city with terracotta roof tiles on the rooftops. You can see the Peru shield in the background. The beds were SO comfortable and there was even a heater in our room for the chilly night. The staff helped get our bags to our rooms and cleaned our rooms and remade our beds daily. The breakfast had everything from yogurt, cereal, fresh bread, meat, cheese, coffee, tea and we even had freshly made scrambled eggs from Juti (spelling?). Central location was awesome and easy to get to! We learned our way around pretty quickly. Always felt safe. One thing to note: Cusco is not ADA compliant at all, so you have steps to get to your rooms. We had quite a few steps down and then back up to our room. It's NOT the hotel's fault at all. Just a part of being in a historical city.

Comfy beds. Clean. Great hot water. Friendly and responsive staff! Great breakfast with a view! The heater only comes on in the morning and evening hours. Since we were in our room during the day at times, it would have been nice to have the heat then.

It's an old building that has been converted so depending on your room there might be lots of stairs, and you might hear people above and next door.
