Hotel is walking distance to the main plaza, restaurants, churches, shopping areas and tour pick-ups. For the price that we paid, it was good, though. Breakfast staff is so nice and accommodating for all requests that we asked. Breakfast needs improvement.

Centrally located around the corner from Plaza de Armas. Provides a wonderful daily buffet breakfast. Staff is attentive and helpful. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The location was super close to major squares, within walking distance of great restaurants and sights. Bring your earplugs as this is an older building and we can hear every guest that comes in. There is a lot of echo that travels. Most guests are up super early for tours which makes sleeping in a hassle

Location was perfect! Close to the main square and easy access for tours pick ups Staff was super gentil, and always answer to any questions.

Staff at front desk not very friendly. One day, we exited at 4:00 am for a tour. The desk associate refused to let us LEAVE until we produced our room key, even though we were not checking out and our tour guide was there. Strange and rude.

The location is good. The receptionists were the worst and super unhelpful. We had our laundry delivered to our hotel and the receptionists refused to let them drop off the laundry. They told the laundry workers they could not drop off or wait inside the lobby. So the ladies just had to wait for us while outside in the cold. So unprofessional! When we asked why they would not give a reason at all. Bathrooms smell and stay humid after one shower.
