Bad wifi

No tienen cortinas black out ni nada que tape mucho la luz así que apenas sale el sol se puede ver claridad en la habitación. No es algo que nos pertubara pero a tener en cuenta.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. No blackout curtains in the rooms and a window without a curtain so the lights from the hallway were very bright at night inside the room. The staff were a little bit rude: they told me I could not sit in the lobby and enjoy the view which was the reason I booked the hotel.

Comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, quite modern and new. Very limited breakfast. You only get bread with butter & jam, coffee & juice, and if you want eggs - no fruits, avocado etc. were offered. In general the offering was rather disappointing, e.g., no water provided and no coca tea for acclimatization which were standard at other properties. Cleaning not good, especially when staying longer. Rooms are rather cold, ventilation in the bathroom is bad.

Our stay was fantastic. The view was amazing and the staff were wonderful!
-
It is up in the hill, not easy to walk back from the center of town.
-
Be aware that this hotel is up on a hill. Not recommended for people who have difficulty with stairs.
-
The staff were fabulous, thoughtful. The restaurant was very good.
-
WiFi strength was sometimes weak in the room.
-
Killer view from the breakfast bar. This was my first experience with a “ you get what we give you” breakfast. I asked more eggs and the restaurant just said no… not sure why I couldn’t pay for more. My room had dust buildup on surfaces… so thoroughness wasn’t the best in terms of cleaning.

Everything was excellet

We loved the cleanliness, the staff and the view! The room could have been a little bit bigger but for the price and location you can’t bear it!
-
Location was phenomenal. Just a note - it’s at the top of the hill so if you go down into the main square, expect some stairs when you come back. Not a deterrent for us because of the view!! Nothing!!

Staff in this hotel is friendly, but only one speaks English and many of them were totally helpless when help was needed. The light in our room did not turn off, which was only fixed the next day. The linens were dirty with hair and stains (it continued even after they changed it). Location is close to the center, but be aware it is up hill, and you will need to climb. Lastly, it was more expensive than other hotels we stayed with in Cusco. Not recommended.

The location The staff needs more training, so rude. The breakfast is very limited, can’t choose what juice you’re drinking, coffee isn’t free, water isn’t free, only one kind of bread and you can only have fried egg or scrambled eggs. No other options unless you pay. The internet comes and goes, IS NOT RELIABLE. The rooms are small.

Views were amazing. Restaurant breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful. The location is quite far from the main plaza, which requires a steep ascent on cobblestone steps above 12,000 ft. above sea level. This daily hike not recommended for elderly visitors or lowlanders not in top physical condition.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this beautiful and very well-run hotel. Its location is basically as close as you can get to Sacsayhuaman, the Incan fortress which is just above the city on this side. We found it wonderfully convenient both for access to the historic city centre, and to these amazing historical sites just at the city's edge. There's a long walk up the hill to get to the hotel from downtown so bear that in mind if you have any mobility issues, but the views from this location are 10000% worth it!

This is a lovely hotel on the side of the hills surrounding Cusco. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, and the breakfast is quite lovely (though 7 AM is a little late for me for coffee). Sitting at the little window seat in the lobby is an INCREDIBLE view of the valley and city. Hot water in the showers! The street out front could be a little loud in the evening, but it quieted down as the night progressed.

Inkantari is a cute little hotel up the hill from the Plaza de Armas de Cusco. The staff here are very nice and extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, and hot water in the shower. Breakfast is nice, although 7am was a little late for me for coffee. :-) No access to coffee until 7 AM.
