A very lovely hotel. There are restaurants and stores close to the hotel. Deborah, America, and Paulo were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs! The decorations were nice and they even decorated my room for a special occasion on a last minute notice.

First of all the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Debrah, Eduardo and America are always on top of things, super super helpful and ready to solve any issue. I would like to thank them so much ❤️ Moreover hotel is great location, on one of the unique streets, with beautiful views and all the restaurants and bars and cafes around. It has an amazing vibe, very cozy atmosphere and great breakfast. The beds are comfortable and rooms are being provided with electronic heaters so it’s very nice. For me the stay with Mayu was 10000 out of 10 really, great time in Cusco thanks to them ! None

Incredible! Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything and on one of the coolest, picturesque streets. América and Devorah were super kind and accommodating. Breakfast was local and delicious. Rooms were comfortable. Showers hot. Everything super clean. Noise was minimal. Would absolutely stay again 10/10

These guys make you feel at home and are ready 24-7 to assist and help you in any way you need. They are incredible friendly and approachable, and they are locals, so you get the best advices from them. This is not one of those fancy hotels chains, this is a family style place. The facility is very nice, it could need some upgrades, but nothing too bad. It is located in an beautiful and iconic street of Cusco that it is only accessible by stairs, so some tour agencies won’t pick you up from the hotel, but from a few blocks away. I’ve stayed there twice, and would stay again for sure!

Location is great! Be aware there are several steps if you're carrying large suitcases.

Was completely beautiful! The hand painted art on the walls is exceptional!

The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs

A nice little hotel with very friendly staffs. My room had a beautiful view.

The many steps from the main street was a surprise. That would be helpful to be know upfront.
-
Amazing staff — we were warmly welcomed and they stored our luggage until the end of the day after checkout. They even arranged our taxi to the airport. Truly wonderful people!

I liked the location and thought the staff was absolutely outstanding! Loved the pretty artwork Could have been cleaner, better water pressure

The staff here was super friendly & helpful. There is bottled water for sale in the lobby, lots of tea and coffee and a decent breakfast. Loved how the rooms were decorated. Ours was comfortable & clean. It is a hike to get up the hill, there are stairs no matter which way you go to get there. But the views from the area are amazing! The street it is on is adorable and there are some great vendors near the aqueduct. Carmen makes some amazing necklaces. Pics are of the area. Room was a little chilly at night. The last day they did not leave a bath mat & the floor was super slippery & my husband slipped. So be very careful in the bathrooms.

The location was excellent, on a beautiful street. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. The WiFi was mediocre.

The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Cusco, 7 Borreguitos Street. However, to get there, you have to walk up a steep hill. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and had warm blankets. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine for Cusco standards, but nothing special — don’t expect anything outstanding in terms of flavors. The hotel has a terrace with lovely views, as shown in the photos, but it’s hardly used because breakfast is not served there — it’s served downstairs with no views. That was a bit disappointing. We had an issue with the breakfast they were supposed to prepare for our Machu Picchu excursion. They told us it would be ready at 2am, which is when we were being picked up, but it wasn’t prepared and we left without breakfast. The reason was that the bread hadn’t arrived… we were disappointed — they should have let us know, and we would have prepared something ourselves.

The boutique style. Too far out and have to climb steep stairs with all your luggage. Very tiring to get all the way up there, as it is Cusco is on high elevation and was hard to breathe to go all the way up caring your bags.
-
The view and nice size room. It was in a noisy area and at a higher level of Cusco with a lot of steps. The price was worth it though. Was noisy area

The room gets very hot during the day and very cool at night as there is not heat or AC. Personally for me, the location was a bit hard because it's in a very popular spot so people are always taking pictures on the stairs. Carrying your luggage up the hill, the stairs, more stairs, then, yup more stairs to your room.

The location was nice. They sell some pies and small meals in the reception which was convenient. The bathroom is damp and does not air out. The walls are paper thin so you wake up the whole night hearing other people opening their cupboards and every little sound possible. There is no lamp so you need to get up in the cold to go put the light off. The cleaners are very loud and the noise echoes into your room all day.

Really big bed that was super comfy!

We stayed here twice during our vacay and had different rooms. Likes: -Location, a bit above Plaza Major , lots of cute spots near hotel. Stairway to get to hotel is perfect picture spot. - Amazing views of of the city if the room has a view - staff very accommodating, help with airport shuttle, requests, and general info Opportunities for improvement: - A couple showers were moldy (let them know & could tell they tried to clean it) - not all rooms have colorful paintings, very pain without - two of the room we stayed had issues with the windows (gaps) making it colder FYI - went in March, room very cold at night. They provide thick heavy blankets for the bed. Heater available on request.
