Tuve una experiencia maravillosa durante mi estadía. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy cómodo y exactamente como se describía. La ubicación fue excelente y contaba con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Además, la atención del anfitrión fue excepcional: siempre amable, atento y disponible para cualquier consulta. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente a quienes busquen una experiencia cómoda y agradable. N/a

Location has a great view but it is a little far away from the main plaza or plaza de armas. Old, not good maintenance.

We checked out very early and instead of the breakfast, we got a small sandwich for the road, we really appreciate it. Definitely to recommend. Nothing negative to say.

The decor is quirky in just the right way. We liked breakfast and our room and the facilities. It is located just outside of historic Centro, very near everything you want to see.

The beds we had were very uncomfortable and felt like spring mattresses. Very, very cold. No heat.

Says no fee for credit card, however there was a very small credit card fee.

The main floor of the property is very nice. The lady at the front desk is really nice. The hot water and water pressure were good. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was bad. The hotel is NOT located in the center, rather a 10 minute walk up a very steep hillside - if you are older or have any health concerns do not stay at this property (or be prepared to pay for taxi or uber every time you need to come back). I cannot stress how physically taxing the walk to and from this property is. We had a split stay and were placed in the worst room of the property, all the way at the top with no lift, twice even when we booked months in advance and requested a lower floor. There was no heat, aircon, or fan. The room was extremely basic and not inviting. The young guy working the overnight shift was not friendly or accommodating at all.

Nice medieval building, nothing more. No WiFi, too far from everything. Dangerous stray dogs around.

Great wonderfully decorated property in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Ok breakfast but comparable to other hotels in Cusco, they were able to provide us with a to go breakfast for out early departure to the rainbow mountain however. Property also close to the viewpoint over the city. Luggage storage available. Uphill from the Plaza de Armas and many stairs inside, wasn't an issue for us so it doesn't detract from the ratings but if you have mobility issues it may not be the best for you.

Breakfast was simple, good and satisfying. A space heater was provided on cold nights. I can't say enough about our great host and stay. Highly recommend! Stairs

Nice common areas and good value for a group of travellers. Located in a picturesque neighborhood in the upper part of Cusco, keep in mint you need to go up via steep roads or stairs. We left our clothes to the laundry and they did a mess, mixing up the bags and some of the clothes with other rooms, and the staff did not help much. Last day, the packed our breakfast, but there were ants in some of the snacks. Cleaning might have been better

We didn't mind this but some people might. It's all uphill to get to it and lots of stairs in general inside the building. The breakfast was not amazing either. No fruit just bread and eggs with coffee.

Nothing Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was dirty, dingy, and loud. The bathroom was disgusting; no soap, the shower was super leaky and dirty, and the bathroom window went to the hotel hallway! Tiny room, the light didn't work, and you could hear everything. Also, terrible location. It's at the top of the hill away from everything so unless you enjoy walking up hill a lot..

This hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Cusco. It’s tucked toward the end of the road that feeds into the San Blas district—just a 10-minute downhill walk to the main square, and surrounded by great little restaurants, shops, and markets. You won’t go hungry or lack for supplies around here. The “front” of the hotel isn’t accessible by car, so drop-off happens on the main road behind it. We used the nearby San Cristobal Church as our Uber and tour guide pickup spot—it’s easy to find and also happens to be a scenic overlook with sweeping views of Cusco. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: just a short walk to the aqueduct and about 100 yards from the entrance to Saqsaywaman. The altitude made the uphill walk a challenge on day one, but once acclimated, it was no problem. Our room was spacious, with a private bath and fresh towels daily. No washcloths or soap bars provided, so bring your own. There’s no air conditioning, but sleeping with the window open kept things perfectly cool. The building itself is a charming labyrinth of hallways and rooms—full of character and old-world design. Breakfast was basic but enough to fuel up before heading out. The staff were excellent—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Amazing view of the city. Nice comfortable room. Thankful for a heater and hot shower. The hotel has lots of stairs. To get to the front of the hotel there are blocks of stairs going up from the plaza. You can go out the back door and take a quick taxi ride into the center.

Squeaky floors. Many, many stairs (difficult to get around with luggage). Slanted stairs/floors.

The lobby is impressive with stone walls and pillars. Calm area. Very quiet. Good view of the city. The location is not far from center but uphill so going back to the hotel by foot is not easy. Just be aware

The location is not the best, because you have to go uphill. But it is a 7min walk from the main square

The high location is interesting . This was the fourth hotel I’ve stayed in Cusco, location wise it’s good. Whilst architecturally the hotel is interesting (if you enjoy Escher’s steps) the rooms are as underwhelming as the breakfast. Not like pictures
