Hotel is on up hill. Little difficult to walk-up everyday.
-
A lot of light entered through the room door and windows, and you can hear a lot of noise from other roomz, so you’ll definitely need a sleeping mask and earplugs. Also not having a kettle in the room was a big downside for us, especially in the cold weather.

Charming hotel
-
Everything but the location because it was apart and the cars didnt get to it
-
Great hotel, quiet street. We stayed two weeks in three different rooms, upstairs rooms are the best

Comfy beds and linens. Great breakfast. Very nice and responsive staff. Clean. Good location.

None that are significant.

Room was big and comfortable, also the bed. The shower was very good Very good attention from the staff, there was always available tea at the lobby Breakfast is correct, with a nice place you could have it inside or ouside The bedroom has a nice small area with a table and chairs to seat, but with very clear curtains , would be good to add a darker one like the bedroom has.

The staff were excellent (Miguel and Juan). This hotel is located outside of the historic center. But an easy walk downhill, getting back can be a bit challenging, but still an easy uphill walk. The breakfast area is very relaxing and the eggs made to order on the spot is a really nice touch. The layout of the room was a bit awkward as the outside patio was behind a secondary entry/wall. So takes away from the entire invitation of the room itself. Not a deal breaker and more of a personal preference.

Property was lovely with large spacious rooms The street noise was very loud and the floors creaked. Perhaps not all rooms faced the street and would have been quieter

Lovely boutique hotel near main areas. Clean and spacious room. Wall mounted space heater to take chill out. Nice interior patio courtyard for quiet time. Friendly staff. Nothing but need to note that there is a climb to get to it but you’ll be rewarded with lovely views closeby.

Large room, massive comfy bed. Breakfast was good. There is no garden despite the name. You need to be buzzed in and out and when staff aren’t at the desk, you are stuck. This was very annoying. The doorbell to request access was just under our window, meaning we could hear it every time (day or night). The shower was far too hot to use once it got warmed up with no adjustment. We asked for a room clean (they offered) and this never happened. When you’re paying this much, you don’t expect these things.

The property had comfortable beds and was located away from most of the noise from the city. The breakfast was great and the woman who cooks every morning is delightful. The only thing is the hill but it’s not even bad. If it’s your first couple days and you aren’t adjusted to the altitude just go slow when walking up. We did have a couple unfortunate instances during our stay that wasn’t really the fault of the hotel. The water was out all night and morning one day. Another day l, the day before their Independence Day, a marching band and constant fireworks was going around the city all night starting at 3:30am. So we did not sleep at all.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely and the breakfast is filling. We stayed 3 days before a 4 day trek and the night we returned. The comfy bed was much needed and wonderful after 4 days of hiking. The staff helped us arrange a day trip and with our laundry. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Everything was lovely

Clean room. Very nice breakfast staff. Very comfortable bed. Good heater. Hot water. It's on a big hill. See street view in Google maps. There's not many restaurants nearby. It's easy to walk to the plaza but a bit tougher to get back up the hill. The layout of the room we had was kind of weird because it had a little sitting room between the bedroom and bathroom, Although not a problem, it did result in being freezing every time you had to go to the bathroom.

The staff were amazing and kind. The beds were comfortable and most importantly, the hot showers were the best. The water pressure was phenomenal. They also provide a box lunch for days when you're going on a tour and would have to leave by 3-4 am because they knew we would miss the free breakfast. Also, they cook the breakfast as they are ordered. The buffet had fruits, bread, and cereal as well as coffee, teas, and juices. The only thing that I did have an issue with was the noise late at night and early morning. But that was NOT the hotel's fault. The floorboards were creaky so you could hear every room around you but that's expected since the building was built in the 1500s. But when I mentioned it was difficult to sleep, the staff switched us to a room as far from the front desk as they could get me. Ensuring there would be nobody above us. I was incredibly grateful for their consideration and going above and beyond.

The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities that led to a perfect stay for me. Additionally, the staff was very courteous in ensuring my utmost comfort. Majorly everything was positive. Though the hotel is located on a hill, taxis/Uber was able to come for picking up which was a benefit

Beautiful hotel at the best location possible - it is located in the cute and quiet San Blas area, a few blocks away from all the best restaurants and stores. The hotel is a bit up the hill, so it is above all the loud nightlife, and our room had a beautiful view of the city. The room was beautiful, furnished in colonial style, very spatious, comfortable and clean, with good heating. Breakfast is great, and the staff is extremely helpful. Laundry is available too, which was a huge help after our Machu Picchu trip. Perfect choice, highly recommend! -

Staff very kind and always helpful. Perfect location, room quite big and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved through additional options.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, they looked after our luggage whilst we did Salkantay hike. Breakfast was simple. Bed was comfortable. The shower pressure and temperature was not consistent.
