The food at the restaurant is not great

A theft occurred but the staff had no control over this. A third party entered the room we had left unlocked.

The hotel locates on hills, not easy for taxi.

Clean, renovated, beautiful interior design. Well located. Heating was not efficient. Our room and bathroom were cold most of the time (despite the heater in the room being on).

Nice accommodation. I was really impressed by the cleanliness. The reception staff were professional and helpful, and the room was large and comfortable. The location is really good. While it’s a bit uphill, it’s close to the main square and has some very good restaurants nearby. They should revisit the taxi company they work with, as it seemed a bit shady. We arranged a taxi to the airport through the hotel, and although we paid the driver in cash, that wasn’t communicated to the reception. They later asked us to pay again. We didn’t in the end, but I didn’t appreciate having to explain myself when I knew I had already paid. Also, the taxi driver gave us his business card in case we needed a return trip. For the return journey, he sent a different driver, who ended up asking for more than the originally agreed flat fare. That left a negative impression and reflected poorly on the hotel’s transportation recommendation.

Great beds, staff and breakfast

It was a clean and charming space with a landscaped courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the churches in the main square. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and coffee. It was also close to Sacsayhuaman and Cristo Blanco. The breakfasts were good and the staff very helpful.

Celimo, Kidman, Susana, Diego, Diana and Daniel were welcoming and professional Room offered little privacy, being located on the public hallway with glass doors. Didn't spend too much time in the room so it was not a total incinvenience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Cute hotel, very clean, comfortable, friendly 24/7 staff, great and quiet location None

Great little hotel, very attentive and nice staff. Clean, great bathrooms, close to action, great place all in all. When searched with Google Maps, the address comes incorrectly closer to a further street. it's very hard to walk all the way to the end in this little ally with luggage. Plus, the location is at the top of a very steep hill so be ready to get breathless at that altitude.

I have to call 2nd times to front desk asking for the AC temperature adjustment

Thank you so much to the amazing staff (Celimo, Susana, Diana, Lida, Daniel and others) at this hotel. They were so attentive to our needs and greatly helped us navigate our trip!
-
It is clean, well designed and maintained hotel. They exceeded my expectations in response to a personal request. There’s also oxygen tanks at the reception for free for those who need them. I would 100% stay again. The breakfast selection is adequate but could be a little more exciting.

Brand new (we were told 6 months old). All fixtures were new, very good water pressure for rain shower rooms were very clean, new matresses. Nice private courtyard. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were excellent with 24 hr reception. Made breakfast to go on morning we had to leave early for an excursion. Left a pair of sunglasses in the room and they called us to let us know and held them until we could come back days later to pick them up.

Had a lovely stay at 7 Toritos. The location is great, only a 6 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is located uphill, which makes it slightly harder to reach, but allows for a great view from the rooms overlooking the city. The service was absolutely great, the staff very nice and approachable and the breakfast was also very good. The whole place was very clean and well curated. We also used the laundry service (at an extra, very affordable cost), which was very quick. Wish could have stayed longer and would definitely go back, if I ever have the chance.

Recommend to add instructions how to order taxi because in first time it was little bit hard.
