There was nothing I didn't like.

Great little hotel, very attentive and nice staff. Clean, great bathrooms, close to action, great place all in all. When searched with Google Maps, the address comes incorrectly closer to a further street. it's very hard to walk all the way to the end in this little ally with luggage. Plus, the location is at the top of a very steep hill so be ready to get breathless at that altitude.

Thank you so much to the amazing staff (Celimo, Susana, Diana, Lida, Daniel and others) at this hotel. They were so attentive to our needs and greatly helped us navigate our trip!

It is clean, well designed and maintained hotel. They exceeded my expectations in response to a personal request. There’s also oxygen tanks at the reception for free for those who need them. I would 100% stay again. The breakfast selection is adequate but could be a little more exciting.

I have to call 2nd times to front desk asking for the AC temperature adjustment

Brand new (we were told 6 months old). All fixtures were new, very good water pressure for rain shower rooms were very clean, new matresses. Nice private courtyard. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were excellent with 24 hr reception. Made breakfast to go on morning we had to leave early for an excursion. Left a pair of sunglasses in the room and they called us to let us know and held them until we could come back days later to pick them up.

Had a lovely stay at 7 Toritos. The location is great, only a 6 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is located uphill, which makes it slightly harder to reach, but allows for a great view from the rooms overlooking the city. The service was absolutely great, the staff very nice and approachable and the breakfast was also very good. The whole place was very clean and well curated. We also used the laundry service (at an extra, very affordable cost), which was very quick. Wish could have stayed longer and would definitely go back, if I ever have the chance.

Recommend to add instructions how to order taxi because in first time it was little bit hard.

The room and property was so beautiful! The staff was so attentive the entire time especially Diego made sure I felt comfortable and safe because I was traveling alone. The directions for getting dropped off a little tricky due to drivers not wanting to go to far the hill for drop off.

Highly recommend this accommodation, very clean room, kind staff, very quiet area, hot strong showers!, not too far from the center. On the day I left it was my birthday, they had baked me a cake to take with me :) Thank you! Nothing

Boutique hotel with all the extra special niceties such as fine linen, fluffy comforter, beautiful view of Cusco, and excellent service from hotel staff. Hotel was able to arrange direct transport (extra charge but reasonable) to airport. Overall, good value for money. Location high up in San Blas not easy to access. Hotel is located on a narrow alley not directly accessible by Uber/taxi so need to walk up steep hill with luggage to get to and then downhill to leave. Breakfast was good: basics like fruit, ham, cheese, bread, coffee/tea but no Peruvian items to try out.

Breakfast was just ok for me. Dinner was very limited on options. The room heaters were impossible to figure out, at least for me.

Very clean hotel and professional staff. The hotel is a walk up from the city center, but a direct route. I had some altitude sickness issues so definitely walk slow and drink coca tea! We got a room with a balcony which offers an expansive view of the city and a wonderful sunrise. Since the street the hotel is on is a tiny street, cars cannot go down it, so the taxi has to stop in the middle of a very steep street to drop off your luggage, certainly an adventure, but at that corner it is an easy, short walk to the hotel. The hotel was able to hold our luggage while we went off to Machu Picchu for a couple of days and they were able to call the taxi for us to meet our tour group in the morning(we pre-ordered it the night before). They also were super helpful because on our way back for our flight to Lima we had a tight timeline and I was able to call the hotel to have them wait for us on the corner of the steep street with my luggage while we drove by with the taxi. They really made our whole stay and afterwards so seamless. Also, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds throughout my whole trip and the water pressure and hot water were excellent.

This was our favorite hotel of our Peru trip! Celimo, Manuel, Daniel, and Sergio took the best care of us and gave us wonderful suggestions for places to eat and helped us get a van to the airport. The hotel is so lovely, cozy, and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the view of Cusco is beautiful. It is a bit of a hike up the hill from the plaza but we needed the exercise with all of the wonderful food we ate.

Views and furniture were nice

Excellent small hotel not far from the historic centre of Cusco. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding of higher quality than the price would suggest. For the price, this is one of the better hotels in Cusco. The entrance is on a bit of a dingy pedestrian lane. Don't let it put you off, but it can be a little unglamorous.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always available at the front desk to respond to our tour booking, taxi rides or any other request. They always answered the phone whenever we called. The breakfast was delicious and the supper was excellent. We also loved the cleanliness of our room, the restaurant and the bathrooms for the outside sitting and dining area. It is a great location within a 8 minute walk from the Central town square. I wish the menu had more items. The food was delicious.
