The bathrooms need to clean everyday .

Friendly staff Old, moldy carpet, holes in walls, one electrical outlet, sink & toilet were struggling to function, noisy.

The room is comfortable and pretty big. We had some bad smell from the bathroom and the sink was leaking, that has hurt our experience.

Great location The property was very damp- it leaked a lot causing water puddle to be everywhere. The bathroom was pretty gross and could do with some TLC- no shower curtain so it soaked the whole bathroom each time someone showered, wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was in a great location- lots of cool places to visit/walk to near by. Visited Machu Picchu and Rainbow mountain- easy location for pick up. The shared toilets were pretty gross, the room itself felt just quite damp and old. We had quite a lot of heavy rain in the evenings and the building would leak in loads of different places into the hotel so that was probably why.

The attention was wonderful, its close to the Plaza de Armas but be prepared to go uphill if you go walking

The room was spacious and comfortable The showers were ice cold, so we left after one night. The hostel also had a very weird, dead atmosphere.

Such friendly and welcoming staff. Answered any questions we had. They were able to accommodate us at very last minute after a terrible experience at another property. When i come back to Cusco I will be staying here!! Thanks so much :)

The room was good and we had a heater. There was not always warm water in the shower. Breakfast was not good and the cutlery was always a bit dirty. The personal was a bit unfriendly and unprofessional, we had to pay more, because they had no change (absolute no go!!)

Very cheap, and therefore great value for money. Staff was very helpful. Stayed three nights. Lack of heating made the room very cold. Barely hot water in the shower. Rooms were far from sound proof, but you can't really expect more when paying 15$ a night.
