The hotel is situated in a busy street, and about ten minutes walk to the historic centre, also on the city side for the airport and buses. Good price, helpful staff, particularly young lad , Eddy? Generally nice Bit of a machinery hum in lower left hand side rooms, from shop premises next door, stops at 10pm, though. Breakfast simple depending in who was on duty. Bit chilly, but we went in April, no hotels seem to have heating, but ok

The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. The hotel and room was safe and secure. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast included, but that wasn't true. The hotel demanded cash before giving me a room. Coffee was instant, and hot water had to be requested. The hotel did not accept Visa. Water would leak from the toilet whenever it was flushed. There was a large step up into the bathroom, and I almost slipped several times because there was water constantly leaking on the bathroom floor.
