Mama's House

The owner and her sons were really nice. They organized Machu Picchu tour for me with very short notice. I was dropped to the train station and picked up from there the next day. The breakfast was waiting for me outside of my room as I had to leave very early. Nothing, all was good

The hotel is in a very old building on a pretty busy street. The room we live in has no window and the bathroom has some unpleasant smell. The bathroom is very small and the shower water is not warm all the time.

Friendly staff, lovely view from the room, daily cleaning service, Netflix is available Lack of hooks and coat hangers. The room and bathroom are a bit claustrophobic, it is not soundproof you can hear guests in the hallway at early hours in the morning. Breakfast portion is small

Great location, walking distance from train stations and main square ; good breakfast and very pleasant staff.

The hotel hotel is in a fairly good location not far from the old town area. The staff is exceptional and help you with tour bookings etc. The owners had to do work on the hotel and that unfortunately lasted quite late, but otherwise a good value for money hotel.

Dario went out of his way to ensure any issues were addressed and was also very helpful when liaising with taxi drivers etc. The room was great with a lovely view and comfortable bed. It was good to have Netflix! Breakfast was basic but adequate. The accommodation is a little way out of the centre which caused sone issues when organising pickups for excursions. Would recommend getting a taxi to/from the centre although it seemed very safe to walk at night.

Our host Dario was lovely. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room for our early morning departure. The room was well stocked with a kettle & tea bags & the bed very comfortable. The shower was fantastic - hot with a good stream. My pillow had a bit of a smell to it- could probably be replaced- but otherwise everything was great.

We arrived a little earlier than expected, and the host checked us in with no issues. Very warm welcome and helpful reception. You can also book tours through the host, which is very useful. Lovely room, just as pictured. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The room was very clean and had a fridge and kettle with tv streaming services included. Nice hot shower and a comfy bed. The location is great, just a short walk to the main square with shops and supermarkets very close. Would highly recommend.

Best choice for staying in Cuzco, close to the city centre, large rooms, KING beds. And the owners are always ready to solve any kind of problems, so friendly and polite. Me and my wife came there for the second time and it was always a pleasant stay. p.s.: they also have a very serious travel agency (minka travel)

The room we got was not pictured on booking and it was worse than the other rooms. Breakfast was one hour late once.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Good location, right next to the center area of Cusco. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with good amenities. Definitely recommend!
